Although Dube was expecting an answer around the Undertaker, Pathirana said he does this because he’s a huge Cristiano Ronaldo fan, and tries to mimic his celebration.

"No, it is not The Undertaker. I follow Cristiano Ronaldo and try to do his celebration. I try to close my eyes. I can't do that, unfortunately," Pathirana told Dube during their post-match interaction.

Speaking to the media ahead of MI vs CSK’s IPL game at the Wankhede on Sunday night, Fleming, while reverting to one of the questions surrounding Shivam Dube’s chances of breaking into India's T20 WC squad, said the Indian selectors must decide on the template they want to play at the tournament and then pick the team around it.

This advice is a much-needed one for the BCCI selectors, who have a massive task of picking the best 15 for the 20-team-tournament, starting on June 1 in the Caribbean and the USA.&nbsp;

“The thing for me is, what type of game plan do they want to play during the World Cup? What have they identified as the right style of play for India in an away condition?” Fleming said.

“Then put players into that rather than just picking players and trying to find a game plan. I would be looking at the style of play that I would want, and then pick the players that are in-form and can perform the role that will best win that design,” CSK’s head coach continued.

While backing the selectors for doing the hardest job in Indian cricket to name a team worthy of lifting an ICC title, Fleming explained his reasons behind opting for Dube for the marquee event.&nbsp;

Dube has been CSK’s standout batter this season, smashing 176 runs in four matches, striking at 160.

“It’s probably one of the hardest jobs in world cricket, isn’t it, being an Indian selector? On one hand, very jealous as a New Zealander looking at the amount of talent that is on show and new players every game sort of pop up,” Fleming said.

“I love his power. I’m biased, aren’t I? But I think when you have a bit different power like that; I would have him in the side,” the head coach added.

Meanwhile, the Indian selectors are said to be naming the T20 World Cup squad by the end of April or by May’s first week.

Rachin Ravindra (15) opened the batting with Gaikwad and stroked a few good shots before Vaibhav Arora got his number in the fourth over. A returning Daryl Mitchell (25) walked out to bat at no. 3 and started rotating the strike without much fuss.&nbsp;

While most KKR batters attempted to murder the ball, Gaikwad used his finesse and artistry to carve it to different parts of the park. His craft was most evidently on display when Anukul Roy came to bowl in the powerplay. Former Indian cricketer Ravi Shashtri has opined that the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) season will be the last time we see MS Dhoni take the field, especially after the latter handed over the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captaincy to Ruturaj Gaikwad.&nbsp;

The decision to pass on the captaincy armband was announced on the eve of&nbsp;CSK's opening match against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), earlier this month, which took the fans by surprise.&nbsp;

"This is MS Dhoni's last season okay, very clear. You know depends how his body copes with everything, whether he plays the whole season or doesn't play the whole season, only time will tell," Shastri told the host broadcaster.&nbsp;

Asked to decode why Dhoni had given up on captaincy, Shastri said he wanted to ease the process for Gaikwad.&nbsp;

"But what he has done is that he said, I don't want to give the job to Ruturaj halfway through the tournament. Be in the hot seat from the outside, I am watching from the back, if he needs some help I'm there to help him out but I think as compared to the year when Jadeja was captain, MS will take more and more of the backseat and probably contribute just in a little way between the drinks break or something like that," Shastri added.

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have made a bright start to the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 season having registered back-to-back wins against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and Gujarat Titans (GT). During the opening match against RCB,&nbsp;Sameer Rizvi, signed for a whopping amount of $1 million (INR 8.4 crore) during the auctions in December was&nbsp;handed his debut cap. Having received his cap in the presence of MS Dhoni, Rizvi opened up on the dream and what it was like playing alongside the former India captain.

"It was a very nice feeling to be picked by CSK," Rizvi said.

"It was my dream to meet and play with Mahi bhaiya. And, that dream was fulfilled. Apart from that, I really did not expect to get picked by CSK or any other franchise for this amount. But I think they [CSK] showed faith in me, so I really liked that. One thing that I like most about this team is everyone backs one another, all of them are very helpful; it is amazing," he added.

In his opening two matches for CSK, Rizvi is yet to prove himself as he managed to&nbsp;score only&nbsp;14 runs against GT while he did not get to bat against RCB on the opening night. He has been one of the brightest stars of the domestic format and scored 309 runs in 13 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. His performance did not go unnoticed and was signed by CSK in December.
