<p>Senator Bill Hagerty, meanwhile, said on Thursday that at a time when China continued to pose grave and gathering threats to the free and open Indo-Pacific, it was critical for the US to "stand shoulder-to-shoulder" with its partners in the region, especially India.</p>

<p>"This bipartisan resolution expresses the Senate’s support for unequivocally recognizing the state of Arunachal Pradesh as an integral part of India, condemning China’s military aggression to change the status quo along the Line of Actual Control, and further enhancing the US-India strategic partnership and the Quad in support of the Free and Open Indo-Pacific," Senator Hagerty added.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Thursday's resolution comes after Indian and Chinese troops engaged in a skirmish in Arunachal Pradesh along the LAC in December 2022, the biggest clash in the Eastern Sector in six years. The statement by Senator Merkley said the resolution reaffirmed that the US recognised the McMahon Line as the international boundary between China and Arunachal Pradesh, and pushes back against Beijing's claims that Arunachal is PRC&nbsp;territory, which is a part of the PRC’s increasingly aggressive and expansionist policies.&nbsp;</p>

The Delhi High Court's ruling followed a Kentucky Fried Chicken International Holdings LLC appeal against the Senior Examiner of Trademarks' denial of the company's request to register "Chicken Zinger" as a trademark, as reported by PTI.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The court&nbsp;ordered the Trademark Registry to publish an advertisement in connection with the registration application for the mark "Chicken Zinger" and to address any opposition to the registration within three months.</p>

<p>"It is clarified that Appellant shall not have any exclusive rights in the word 'Chicken'. Trademarks Registry shall reflect this disclaimer at the time of advertisement of the subject mark and also if subject mark ultimately proceeds for registration," said Justice Sanjeev Narula in a recent order.</p>

<p>The probe as per reports involves gathering the company's financial data from the staffers and collecting copies of the documents. But the operations at BBC offices are continuing without any hindrances, as per reports.</p>

<p>India's Supreme Court has already called a petition seeking to put a complete ban of the two-part documentary "India: The Modi Question" on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the 2002 Gujarat riots as "entirely misconceived".</p>

<p>The Indian army personnel&nbsp;are&nbsp;deployed as UN peacekeepers at the UN Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF) mission, and are stationed along the Area of Separation (AOS) between the boundaries of the occupied Golan Heights (by Israel) and Syria. The Indian Army has deployed 180 personnel to provide logistics support to the mission.</p>

<p>The Indian government approved the proposal for Indian Army personnel stationed in UNDOF to provide direct assistance in earthquake relief work. On February 15, the first convoy transported relief material consisting of rations and medicines, pooled from the Indian government and the international community to Aleppo in Syria. The relief material has been handed over to representatives of the local administration at Aleppo.</p>

Indian UN peacekeepers deployed in Syria for earthquake relief work in Aleppo
