Baba Siddique murder: On Sunday night, NCP leader Baba Siddique was laid to rest with full state honours in Maharashtra. The funeral saw Siddique’s son Zeeshan Siddique inconsolable at the funeral prayers on October 13.&nbsp;

Meanwhile, the Mumbai Police are investigating the killing of former Maharashtra MLA Siddique from multiple angles. Till now, the police have come up with a possible contract killing, business rivalry or threats related to a slum rehabilitation project.&nbsp;

The 66-year-old NCP leader was shot by three assailants in Bandra, Mumbai, on Saturday night. He was killed outside the office of his son Zeeshan and brought to Lilavati Hospital’s emergency services at 9:30 pm in critical condition. Siddique was declared dead at 11:27 pm.

Fourth accused identified: Mumbai police on Sunday identified a fourth accused in the case. The person was providing support to the shooters from outside, police confirmed. The police said that another suspect in the murder of the NCP leader has been arrested in Pune, identified as Pravin Lonkar, 28, who is the brother of Shubham Lonkar.

As per police investigation, Pravin Lonkar is considered a conspirator in the case and was involved with Shubham in recruiting Dharamraj Kashyap and Shiv Kumar Gautam for the plot.

Further, an ossification test was ordered for the second accused Dharamraj Kashyap and Gurmail Baljit Singh was sent to police till October 21.

How Baba Siddique was killed: The report from the forensic team and police reviewed the CCTV footage, which shows the attackers used a 9.9 mm pistol. The attackers fired six rounds during a Durga visarjan procession and took advantage of the noise from firecrackers.&nbsp;

Out of the total six bullets fired, three hit Baba Siddique.

Earlier this year, Siddique, who had been a Congress member, left the party to join the Ajit Pawar-led faction of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

In August, Siddique’s son Zeeshan, a Congress MLA, was expelled from the party, following revelations that seven Congress MLAs had cross-voted during the biennial elections to the Legislative Council.

Siddique had previously served three consecutive terms as an MLA in 1999, 2004, and 2009, and had also held the position of Minister of State for Food &amp;&nbsp;Civil Supplies, Labour, and FDA.

According to the police, three personnel were deployed for Siddique's security but he was not under any categorised security protection.&nbsp;

The Crime Branch also revealed that a total of six rounds of bullets were fired at Siddique, out of which three hit him.&nbsp;The three accused shooters had done recce of Siddique's house and office premises, and they were in Mumbai for a few months to keep an eye on him.

The police had earlier arrested the two accused—Karnail Singh from Haryana and Dharamraj Kashyap from Uttar Pradesh. While Singh has been sent into police custody, Kashyap has claimed that he is a minor, prompting the court to order an ossification test.

Shiv Kumar alias Shiva Gautam, a&nbsp;resident of Uttar Pradesh and neighbour of Dharamraj as well as Zeeshan Akhtar remain at large. A fifth accused named Pravin Lonkar,&nbsp;the 28-year-old brother of Shubham Lonkar, was been arrested from Pune on Sunday evening.&nbsp;

<h2>Who was Baba Siddique?</h2>

Siddique,&nbsp;was a leader of the NCP-Ajit Pawar faction. Prior to joining NCP, he was a longtime member of Congress before resigning from the party earlier this year. He was known to be close to several Bollywood stars and was graciously received on all sides of the political divide.&nbsp;

It is perhaps one of the reasons why his death has&nbsp;invited strong reactions from both the ruling and opposition parties as well as big film stars. The state of Maharashtra goes to polls later this year and some experts believe the killing may have serious repercussions on the ultimate outcome.&nbsp;

In her post, the techie said that she was interviewed for a job at a "small company" that was located close to her house.

"I have a total of 10 years of experience in frontend technologies like angular, javascript, typescript, HTML, CSS etc. Generally, at this experience level, people ask more real-life scenario-based questions or coding skills to test logical thinking or some advanced concepts," wrote the user, while explaining her expectations from the interview.

The user said that she was disappointed by the interviewer's demand to use CSS for drawing the Indian flag after asking her "theoretical questions" on CSS.
