Maradona, who has a history of drug and alcohol abuse and poor health, is considered at high risk of coronavirus complications should he be infected.

He has suffered two heart attacks in the past and contracted hepatitis.

Several weeks ago he went into self-isolation after one of his players contracted the virus with Argentina alone recording more than a million positive cases amongst its 44 million population with 29,000 deaths.

“In principle, we don’t intend to invest in Indian club or to be their partners or be the owner of an Indian club. Our intention is to create an interest for Sevilla FC, make more people follow and love Sevilla FC and also knowing the city of Seville. On the other hand, our agreement with this team is more than a sporting agreement. Our agreement is with a group of top Indian entrepreneurs and we want to learn and participate in some of the groups of these entrepreneurs,” Cruz explained.

“Firstly, in charity and social projects and secondly, in high-technology projects. I see India as a country with young people with a lot of capacity in new technology and Sevilla FC want to participate in new projects of technology which can be applied in the football industry. We have to apply ourselves and learn at the same time. In this case, we will not provide knowledge in first but gather it to help Indian football on a long-term basis,” he added.

Bayern, English clubs win in Champions League as Real Madrid scramble draw

World champion sprinter Christian Coleman is set to miss next year's Tokyo Olympics after being banned from athletics for two years for anti-doping violations, the Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU) announced on Tuesday.

The American, who won the men's 100 metres at last year's World Championships in Doha, was provisionally suspended for three 'whereabouts failures' in June.

World Athletics' Disciplinary Tribunal upheld the charge and banned Coleman for two years, backdated to 14 May, 2020.

The 24-year-old has 30 days to appeal against the decision at the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

He is set to miss next year's Olympic Games in Japan, where he would have been among the favourites to win 100m gold.

Coleman, who is also the 60m world record holder, only ran in the 4x100m relay heats in his first Olympic appearance in Rio de Janeiro four years ago.

The AIU charged Coleman for missed tests in January and December 2019, as well as for a "filing failure" last April.

To prove an anti-doping violation, an athlete has to have committed three whereabouts failures within 12 months.

Coleman previously escaped suspension on a technicality ahead of last September's World Championships.

Those three whereabouts failures were recorded on June 6, 2018, January 16, 2019 and April 26, 2019.

However, Coleman had successfully argued that the first missed case should have been backdated to the first day of the quarter -- April 1, 2018 -- meaning the three failures fell just outside the required 12-month period.

But now the missed test on December 9, 2019, added to the two failures in January and April, have seen Coleman suspended.

"I think the attempt on December 9th was a purposeful attempt to get me to miss a test," Coleman said after he was charged in June.

"Don't tell me I 'missed' a test if you sneak up on my door &nbsp;-- parked outside the gate and walked through... there's no record of anyone coming to my place -- without my knowledge."

Two-year suspensions can be reduced to one year if there are mitigating circumstances, but the tribunal rejected any chance of a reduction.

"We regret to say that we do not think there is any mitigation which can fairly be relied upon to reduce the sanction from the two-year period," the tribunal said in its findings.

"Unfortunately, we see this case as involving behaviour by the athlete as very careless at best and reckless at worst."

Coleman's suspension comes a week after doping charges brought against Bahrain's women's 400m world champion Salwa Eid Naser were dismissed.

In June, Coleman said testers had visited when he was out shopping for Christmas presents nearby, verifiable by bank statements and receipts.

"I was more than ready and available for testing and if I had received a phone call I could've taken the drug test and carried on with my night," he said.

"I was only made aware of this attempted drug test the next day on December 10th, 2019 by the AIU when I got this failed attempt report out of nowhere."

The report from the doping control officer posted by Coleman said the tester had arrived at his apartment and had failed to get a response after "multiple, loud knocks were made every 10 minutes" for an hour.

A doorbell next to Coleman's door was pressed but no ring could be heard. No attempt to reach Coleman by phone was made, according to the document.

"I've been contacted by phone literally every other time I've been tested," Coleman said. "Literally. (I don't know) why this time was different. He even said he couldn't hear the doorbell so why wouldn't you call me?"&nbsp;

Coleman last competed at the US Indoor Championships in February, running a world-leading 6.37 seconds in the 60m, just three hundredths of a second slower than his world record.

He also posted the best 100m time last year -- the 9.76sec he ran to win the world title.

'Careless' Coleman set to miss Olympics after being handed two-year ban

Cristiano Ronaldo has tested positive again for coronavirus on the eve of Juventus's &nbsp;Champions League clash against his great rival Lionel Messi's Barcelona, according to media reports in Italy and Portugal.

Portuguese TVI reported that Ronaldo "has once against tested positive for Covid-19" following a swab carried out by Juventus.

The 35-year-old is now awaiting the result of a UEFA test which, if also positive, would rule him out of the Group G game in Turin.

Ronaldo first tested positive for Covid-19 two weeks ago while playing with Portugal, and has been in self-isolation since returning to Italy.

According to TV1, the five-time Ballon d'Or winner has tested positive 18 times.

Ronaldo needed to return a negative test, 24 hours before the game to be allowed to play, according to UEFA rules.

Juventus only confirm if a player has recovered, with Sky Sport Italia and Gazzetta Dello Sport reporting that Ronaldo will miss the Barcelona game.

"Ronaldo had a test like everyone else, this evening (Tuesday) we will have the definitive result," coach Andrea Pirlo told a press conference earlier Tuesday.

"For now it's all on the high seas, when the final result comes everything will be clearer.

"Depending on the result, we'll see what we do. It's not easy to play an entire game after 15 days of inactivity."

Ronaldo, who has no symptoms, has missed three games including his side's 2-0 Champions League win at Dynamo Kiev last week.

The clash would be the first between Ronaldo and Messi since the Portugal forward left Real Madrid for Juventus in 2018.

"For 15 years, Messi and Ronaldo have done great things," said former Italy and Juventus midfielder Pirlo.&nbsp;

"For the first time, I'll be taking on Messi as a coach, I'll treat him with the enormous respect that he deserves."

Barcelona coach Ronald Koeman added: "We always want the best to be on the pitch, and Ronaldo is a great player.&nbsp;

"I don't know if he will be in condition to play, that's not my problem. But if Ronaldo is there, it is one more reason for us to be ready."

Koeman, like Pirlo, has taken over as coach this season, with the teams top of Group G after winning their opening fixtures.

But the Dutch manager has been under pressure after a 3-1 defeat against Real Madrid at the weekend followed a 1-0 loss to Getafe, the first time in four years the Catalan giants have suffered consecutive defeats in the league.

Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu also resigned on Tuesday along with his board of directors, following mounting pressure from fans and his public falling out with Messi.

Argentina forward Paulo Dybala remains "a bit tired" after playing for 90 minutes in his first match in over three months last Sunday against Verona.
