<p>A new study has found that seals and penguins in Antarctica might&nbsp;get sunburnt&nbsp;easily because of a hole in the ozone layer.  Keep Your Leg Arteries From Clogging With These 5 Simple Exercises

Walking is a simple and effective way to improve circulation in the legs. Aim for brisk walking for at least 30 minutes a day, most days of the week.

Cycling is a low-impact exercise that can help increase blood flow to the legs and improve cardiovascular health. Whether you’re outdoors or using a stationary bike, aim for regular cycling sessions.

Leg raises strengthen the muscles in the legs and improve circulation. Lie on your back with your legs straight, then lift one leg off the ground and hold for a few seconds before lowering it back down. Repeat with the other leg.

Climbing stairs is a great way to strengthen the leg muscles and improve circulation.

Sit on a chair with your feet flat on the ground. Lift your toes towards your body as far as you can (ankle dorsiflexion), then point your toes away from your body as far as you can (ankle plantarflexion). Repeat this motion several times to improve circulation in the lower legs.

5 Simple Steps To Make Hibiscus Paste For Quick Hair Growth

Gather fresh or dried hibiscus flowers. Remove pistils and stamens from the flowers. Rinse the flowers to remove any impurities. Blend the flowers into a fine paste with a little water if needed.

Combine the hibiscus paste with a carrier oil like coconut or olive oil in a 1:2 ratio.

Section your hair for even application. Massage the hibiscus paste-oil mixture into your scalp and hair, ensuring coverage from roots to ends.

Allow the mixture to sit for at least 30 minutes to an hour, or overnight for deeper conditioning. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Wash your hair with a mild shampoo to remove any residue. Repeat the process once or twice a week for optimal results.

5 Vegetable Juices That Help Unclog Your Arteries

Rich in nitrates, which can help dilate blood vessels, beetroot juice may promote better blood flow and potentially improve arterial function.

High in antioxidants like beta-carotene and vitamin C, carrot juice can help reduce oxidative stress and inflammation in the arteries.

Spinach is packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, which may support heart health and potentially contribute to arterial health.

Similar to spinach, kale is a nutrient-dense leafy green vegetable rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that may support overall cardiovascular health.

Celery contains compounds called phthalides, which can help relax the muscles in the blood vessels, potentially promoting better circulation and arterial health.

5 Food Items Cardiologists Say Are POISON for Your Heart

High in unhealthy fats and sodium, processed meats like sausages and bacon can increase the risk of heart disease.

Regular consumption of sugary drinks is associated with weight gain and a higher risk of heart disease and type 2 diabetes.

Found in many fried and processed foods, trans fats raise bad cholesterol levels (LDL) while lowering good cholesterol levels (HDL), increasing the risk of heart disease.

Consuming too much salt can lead to high blood pressure, a major risk factor for heart disease and stroke.

Foods like white bread, pastries, and sugary snacks contain refined carbohydrates that can spike blood sugar levels and contribute to heart disease risk.

South Korea discussing participation in AUKUS tech pact: Defence minister

<p>In the Jain community, it is highly respected when someone chooses to become a monk. This decision requires following the teachings of Jain Gods and forsaking even basic worldly comforts like air conditioners, fans, beds, electronics, and other gadgets. Recently, Sweety, a 30-year-old woman, wife of a businessman from Karnataka, and her&nbsp;11-year-old son Hridhan, embraced monkhood. After their Diksha ceremony, they were given new names: the mother was named Bhavshudhi Rekha Shri Ji, and the son was named Hitashay Ratanavijay Ji. For those unfamiliar, Diksha is a solemn ceremony where a person commits to living an ascetic or spiritually disciplined life.</p>

<p>As per Viveka, a relative of the family who spoke to HT, Bhavshudhi Rekha Shri Ji chose to embark on the path of monkhood while she was pregnant with her son. Concurrently, she also determined that her child would follow in her footsteps and become a Jain monk. Consequently, her son was brought up with the knowledge that he would eventually embrace the monastic lifestyle.</p>

In the Jain community, it is highly respected when someone chooses to become a monk. This decision requires following the teachings of Jain Gods and forsaking even basic worldly comforts like air conditioners, fans, beds, electronics, and other gadgets. Recently, Sweety, a 30-year-old woman, wife of a businessman from Karnataka, and her 11-year-old son Hridhan, embraced monkhood. After their Diksha ceremony, they were given new names: the mother was named Bhavshudhi Rekha Shri Ji, and the son was named Hitashay Ratanavijay Ji. For those unfamiliar, Diksha is a solemn ceremony where a person commits to living an ascetic or spiritually disciplined life. As per Viveka, a relative of the family who spoke to HT, Bhavshudhi Rekha Shri Ji chose to embark on the path of monkhood while she was pregnant with her son. Concurrently, she also determined that her child would follow in her footsteps and become a Jain monk. Consequently, her son was brought up with the knowledge that he would eventually embrace the monastic lifestyle. UAE shifts to remote work, learning for coming Thursday and Friday. Here's why

<p>When three-year-old Saylor Class started expressing concerns about monsters in her bedroom, her parents initially dismissed it as a typical product of a child's vivid imagination. However, their perspective shifted when a beekeeper found tens of thousands of honeybees above the girl's bedroom. Saylor had been mentioning "monsters in the wall" of her room at their farmhouse in Charlotte, North Carolina. Initially, her mother, Ashley Massis Class, and her husband didn't pay much attention to it, considering they had recently watched the Pixar movie, Monsters, Inc.</p>

<p>"We even gave her a bottle of water and said it was monster spray so that she could spray away any of the monsters at night," Massis Class, a home designer told the BBC.&nbsp;</p>

<p>However, in the following months, Saylor grew increasingly adamant about something being inside her closet. Massis Class started connecting the dots when she observed bees gathering in groups around the attic and the chimney outside their century-old residence. They began to suspect that Saylor might have been hearing the buzzing noise near her bedroom ceiling.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Massis Class reached out to a pest control company, which determined that the winged insects were honeybees, a species protected in the US. Afterwards, she and her husband got in touch with a beekeeper who observed the insects moving towards the floorboards of the attic, directly above their daughter's bedroom. These bees had spent eight months constructing their hive. The beekeeper utilised a thermal camera to examine the walls in the three-year-old's bedroom.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"It lit up like Christmas," Massis Class said.</p>

<p>The beekeeper had never seen a hive go so deep into a wall before. He found it started from a tiny hole in the attic vent's corner. The beekeeper, now known as the "monster hunter" by Massis Class's daughter, opened the wall and revealed a big honeycomb.</p>

<p>The beekeeper took out around 55,000 to 65,000 bees and 100 pounds (45 kilogrammes) of honeycomb. They did this three times by vacuuming the bees out of the wall and putting them in boxes to move them to a honeybee sanctuary.</p>

<p>Between these removals, Massis Class had to block off the room to stop the bees from flying around her house. The bees and their honey damaged the house's electrical wiring, but her insurance wouldn't pay for it because they said it could have been avoided.&nbsp;</p>
