While the alleged slap was not captured in the video, a toll worker can be heard complaining about Khali assaulting his colleague for enquiring about an ID card.

According to the ongoing investigation, the organisation was also on the radar of various authorities for selling objectionable religious books in Ajmer. These books were also found in the possession of the two suspects and the agency believes that a book seller was given Rs 300-400 per day for them.

While it is not common to suddenly discover rare species of organisms in some parts of Australia, people in New South Wales were caught off guard by an “alien-like” sea creature that was found washed up on a beach in Sydney. The incident happened at the Cronulla in south Sydney as most beach goers were alarmed by the unknown creature and they soon started posting pictures on social media. ‘They are everywhere … I was also wondering what they are,” one wrote on Facebook.

However, according to a report by The Western Australian, the creature may not be that “alien”.

Sea Life Sydney Aquarium aquarist Daniel Sokolnikoff said that the “alien-like sea creature” is a sea hare – a creature which is also known as “sea slug” or “ink fish” in the region.

“It is most likely the species Aplysia sydneyensis, a local Sydney species,” he said in the report.

“They come in a range of different colours. Basically, they have adapted to blend in with their environments. So, you see them in really dark black colours, but then you also see them in browns, yellows, and even reds,” he added while explaining the characteristics of the creature.

While the creatures are not a threat, Sokolnikoff warned the people at the beach against touching them. He also said that while humans are safe, sea hares may cause reactions in certain dogs.

“If you don‘t know what it is, you don’t want to be touching it. Observe from a distance but don’t touch anything that you’re not sure what it is. That disturbs the sea life as a general rule,” he said.

The communication with the Chinese counterparts has become extremely important for the Indian Army in the current situation and as a result, it has taken steps to improve its in-house Mandarin expertise. While there has a significant boost in the Chinese language training programs, the army has also started training a number of junior and senior military commanders in the language.

A new report shows that there has been a steady increase in police officers sharing racist and far-right content online all over Europe. According to the report by the Institute of Race Relations (IRR), the police forces are suffering from a growing “culture of extremism” and the two most affected countries were the United Kingdom and France. While the right-wing support is quite common in police forces around these two countries, the report also pointed out that Belgium, Germany and Hungary have recently seen high-ranking police officials join extreme-right wing political parties.

According to the fast-food chain, there was a poor harvest of the kind of potatoes needed to make French Fries and that has resulted in the shortage. They also said that there is no immediate solution, and the problem may continue for some time.

In the official statement provided to some Russian media outlets, the chain said that they are currently relying on Russian harvesters for their entire stock and as a result, it was "impossible to import from markets that could become temporary suppliers of potatoes for enterprises in Russia."

The statement further said that Russia "is fully provided with potatoes, including processed ones" and that the new crop is "already arriving, which eliminates the possibility of a shortage."

McDonald’s decided to sell its franchises in Russia to businessman Alexander Govor in the aftermath of the country’s invasion of Ukraine. The move ended a long relationship between Russia and the brand with "Vkusno i Tochka" starting operations soon after amidst major economic sanctions.

According to a report on Newsweek, the head of Russia's potato and vegetable union Alexey Krasilnikov said that the chain has not established proper contracts with the suppliers. As a result, it is still facing major logistical issues which has resulted in the current unavailability of French fries.

After Musk said that the deal was terminated in the latest SEC filing citing a lack of proof when it comes to the number of fake users on Twitter, the company’s Bret Taylor threatened to sue him. In his tweet, he also said that they may file a lawsuit in Delaware this week.

Incidentally, this was the same law firm who were appointed legal advisers for Musk’s bid to take Tesla private in 2018. While Musk made his motivation extremely clear and even tweeted that he had "funding secured" for a $72 billion deal to take Tesla private, the move did not take place.

As a result, the island in the North Atlantic has decided to limit the controversial hunt to just 500 this year. The announcement was made after 1423 dolphins were caught last year, the government of the territory said in a statement according to Al Jazeera.

“An annual catch limit of 500 white-sided dolphins has now been proposed by the Ministry of Fisheries on a provisional basis for 2022 and 2023,” the territory’s fisheries ministry said.

“Aspects of that catch [2021] were not satisfactory, in particular the unusually large number of dolphins killed. This made procedures difficult to manage and is unlikely to be a sustainable level of catch on a long-term annual basis,” it added.

According to the Faroese tradition known as “grindadrap”, the dolphins are surrounded with fishing boats and are slaughtered by the help of knives after taking them to the land or a shallow bay.

“The Government of the Faroe Islands continues to base its policies and management measures on the right and responsibility of the Faroese people to utilise the resources of the sea sustainably. This also includes marine mammals, such as pilot whales and dolphins,” the ministry said in its statement.
