Titan "dropped weights" about 90 minutes into its dive, indicating the team had "aborted or attempted to abort" the dive. "Experts agree that the Titan's crew would have realized exactly what was happening. Common sense dictates that the crew were well aware they were going to die, before dying," said the lawsuit.

The crew "may well have heard" the carbon fibre's crackling noise grow more intense as the weight of the water pressed on Titan's hull, it said.&nbsp;

In 2020, Iranian air defence units admitted to mistakenly shooting down Ukrainian International Airlines flight PS752. All 176 people on board died after the flight was shot down shortly after taking off from Tehran airport. Iran was on heightened alert at the time because of increased tensions with the United States.

On Wednesday, Egypt's civil aviation ministry confirmed that the notice was intended to reduce flight safety risks due to a notification it received from Iranian authorities.

"Military exercises will be conducted over Iranian airspace on Aug. 7 from 11:30 to 14:30 and from 4:30 to 7:30 on Aug. 8 Tehran time," the statement said.

FENAMAD is a federation of tribes that live around the Madre de Dios River. The body claims that a member of the Mashco Piro tribe fired an arrow on July 27, seriously injuring at least one logger.&nbsp;

Notably, the area of the rainforest where the attack happened has been acknowledged by the government to be Mashco Piro territory, according to Survival International. FENAMAD has reached out to the Peruvian Ministry of Culture, urging “urgent intervention” in the matter and ensure that the people of the Mashco Piro remain unharmed.&nbsp;

As a two-day hearing began&nbsp;on Tuesday (Aug 6) by USA’s National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) into the erroneous work culture at Boeing, several testimonies shed light on how workers felt pressure to do work ‘too fast to avoid mistakes’.

The recent hearing is taking place in connection with the January incident with the Boeing 737 Max plane, which lost a door plug as it approached 16,000 feet. The incident caused masks to fall from the ceiling, clothes to come off and phones to slip out of hands into the air. The passengers were lucky though, as the pilots were able to land the bruised plane safely.

Later, it was found that the plane had four bolts missing that were needed to secure the door in place.

Now, workers who operated on the plane, which left the Boeing factory in Renton, Washington, 10 weeks earlier&nbsp;have revealed how mistakes were made because of the overwhelming workload.

“As far as the workload, I feel like we were definitely trying to put out too much product, right?,” said one unidentified Boeing worker in the testimony. “That’s how mistakes are made. People try to work too fast. I mean, I can’t speak for anybody else, but we were busy. We were working a lot.”

Another worker who worked at the Boeing factory testified that they were “put in uncharted waters to where… we were replacing doors like we were replacing our underwear.”

“Well, basically, we’re the cockroaches of the factory,” another unidentified employee told NTSB investigators.

The January incident reignited safety concerns and prompted several federal investigations. It also led to the grounding of all 737 MAX 9s in the United States. The NTSB says it will “use the information gathered to complete the investigation, determine probable cause, and make recommendations to improve transportation safety.”

The law reflects ongoing homophobic sentiments in Bulgaria, a country that does not recognise same-sex marriage and has yet to ratify the Istanbul Convention on combating violence against women, which some see as supporting gender diversity.
