US sanctions three terror financiers from South Africa, Democratic Republic of Congo

The United States has announced sanctions against two indivisuals in South Africa and one from the Democratic Republic of Congo who are allegedly associated with the expanded activities of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).
