US President Donald Trump has said American forces have taken out “many long sought-after targets” in Iran amid ongoing strikes.
In a statement, Trump called it a “big day”, saying the targets were “taken out and destroyed” by the US military.
The remarks come as the conflict intensifies, with continued US-led strikes on strategic sites across Iran and rising tensions across the region.
