Russia has warned of launching a new “series of systematic strikes” targeting military and administrative sites in Kyiv, escalating tensions in the ongoing war with Ukraine.
Moscow also urged foreign nationals and diplomats to leave the Ukrainian capital ahead of the planned attacks.
