Afghanistan's acting foreign minister Amir Khan Muttaqi has arrived in Pakistan for bilateral talks and will also attend the Troika plus meeting on Afghanistan, this is the first visit of the Taliban minister to Pakistan. Senior officials from the US, Russia and China are also a part of the meet.
