Sierra Leone is now building centres in every district "adequately staffed by trained professionals to offer care and support to people with drug addiction".</p>

<p>The country is aiming to break the chain of drug abuse through an administrative cycle of "investigations, arrests and prosecutions".&nbsp;</p>

<p>Sierra Leone currently has only one functioning drug rehabilitation centre in Freetown, the capital of the country.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The video of the incident shows the dramatic moment when the girl who is yet to be identified leaves her tricycle and rushes towards the house. Just moments later, the crane can be seen toppling over as the container smashes down on the house's drive.</p>

<p>Thankfully, no one was injured in the freak accident. However, the crane, as per Mirror UK, caved in a bedroom wall, "slicing through" the house at around 10:30 in the morning.</p>

<p>In a statement, the Greater Manchester Fire Rescue Service (GMFRS) said, "At around 10:30am today (Saturday, April 6), firefighters were called to reports of a crane that had fallen through the side of a residential property in Atherton, Wigan."</p>

<p>Following the incident, the little girl and her family have been placed into emergency accommodation.</p>

<p>The 27-year-old began his 16,000-kilometre journey, on April 22, 2023, from South Africa’s most southerly point, Cape Agulhas and nearly a year later, he has run the distance of about 376 marathons.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">"We absolutely oppose the idea of culling the animals, so we are promoting the idea of giving them away," stated Mayor Gullo.&nbsp;</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">"Anyone can ask for a goat, regardless of whether they are farmers, and there are no limitations on the number of goats one can adopt,” Gullo added.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">"We have already received several inquiries, including from a farmer on Vulcano island interested in taking multiple goats, as he produces ricotta cheese," Gullo added.&nbsp;</p>
