Republican nominee Donald Trump on Tuesday (Nov. 5) created history by becoming only the second President in US history to win non-consecutive terms. The 79-year-old also created history by becoming the only convicted felon to be elected president of the United States.

Donald Trump a criminal?

Trump has some serious criminal charges to his name, including federal ones, and has been found guilty on 34 felony counts. This includes charges of falsifying business records to conceal a $130,000 hush money payment made to porn star Stormy Daniels so as to influence the outcome of the 2016 election.

While he was found guilty in May 2024, his sentencing originally set for July 11 has been postponed, and remains pending.

The US Constitution grants the president the power to issue pardons for federal offences. This power to “grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment” is granted by the constitution's Article II, Section 2.

Now, whether he can self-pardon or not is a topic of debate. Legal scholars have long debated the constitutionality of self-pardons, and no president has ever attempted it.

Given how unpredictable Trump is, whether he will be the first US president to attempt self-pardon remains to be seen.

The spooky decorations in the Halloween festival went to another level when a home in Canada hung a poster on its outside reading "O Stree Kal Aana" which translates to “Oh woman, come tomorrow".

The spooky decorations in the Halloween festival went to another level when a home in Canada hung a poster on its outside reading "O Stree Kal Aana" which translates to “Oh woman, come tomorrow". The iconic line was borrowed from a popular Bollywood horror-comedy film Stree in which villagers were shown writing this sentence outside their houses to ward off the witch who hunted men. The festival of Halloween is celebrated on October 31 every year and people are known to decorate their homes with eerie themes like skeletons, witches and ghosts. However, a home in the Canadian city of Brampton emerged as the star with its “O Stree Kal Aana” Halloween decor and its video soon went viral on social media. ‘O Stree Kal Aana’: Canada house gets Indianised Halloween decor, video goes viral

A video of what is unbelievably the narrowest road in the world has gone viral on social media.

What is more surprising is that this road has a traffic signal at the entrance of the road for pedestrians. However, by the size of the road, it looks like it is almost impossible for two people to walk side by side.

The video of the road was shared on Instagram by an account under the name of Rohit Singh and the post's caption read, “World’s narrowest road.”

In the viral video, a man appears to be standing at the entrance of the road and then the woman can be seen on the other side.

The traffic signal has been installed at the start of the road for the pedestrians to turn on before entering this lane so that no one else comes from the opposite side.

A video of what is unbelievably the narrowest road in the world has gone viral on social media. What is more surprising is that this road has a traffic signal at the entrance of the road for pedestrians. However, by the size of the road, it looks like it is almost impossible for two people to walk side by side. The video of the road was shared on Instagram by an account under the name of Rohit Singh and the post's caption read, “World’s narrowest road.” In the viral video, a man appears to be standing at the entrance of the road and then the woman can be seen on the other side. The traffic signal has been installed at the start of the road for the pedestrians to turn on before entering this lane so that no one else comes from the opposite side.
After two days of no play, due to rain and wet outfield, proceedings resumed in the opening session of Day 4 of the second and final Test between India and Bangladesh on Monday (Sep 30). As Bangladesh resumed from 107-3, being put into bat, Indian captain Rohit Sharma made heads turn as he took a one-handed stunner to remove Litton Das off Mohammed Siraj's bowling.

In the fourth delivery of the 50th over, bowled by Siraj, Litton danced down the track and timed the ball towards mid-off, where Rohit was stationed. Hitman timed his jump to perfection and kept an eye on the ball as he grabbed the catch with one hand. Here is the immaculate effort from the Indian captain to get rid of Litton:
