<p>The one-page resolution explained, "system of recognizing reincarnated spiritual beings is a religious practice unique to Nalanda Buddhism and the philosophy of the principle of life after death", adding, "no government or any individual has the right to interfere in this matter". &nbsp;Important to remember that China's communist govt could interfere in the tradition and might appoint its own Dalai Lama which makes the resolution passed on Tuesday at the 2nd governing council meeting of the organisation even more important.&nbsp;</p>

<p>IHCNBT was formed in 2018 and has the top Buddhist leadership of the Indian union territory of Ladakh and states like Himachal Pradesh, Sikkim, and Arunachal Pradesh. These states and union territories bordering China administered Tibet. The name of the organisation was given by Dalai Lama. The resolution pointed out, "the sole authority on the reincarnation of his holiness the Dalai Lama is Gaden Phodang institution. No one, including China- should interfere with such a holy and devotional process".&nbsp;</p>

<p>Tibetan Buddhism has seen the heir to India's Nalanda tradition of Buddhism. Asked about Beijing's keenness to appoint the next Dalai Lama, President of the organisation Lochen Rimpoche told WION, "don't worry about the Chinese government, His Holiness Dalai Lama is the supreme spiritual leader of all the Buddhist, not only the Himalayan region but other countries..Chinese govt try something but will not impact the institution".</p>

<p>Unlike China, Indian govt so far has never made a comment on the appointment of Next Dalai Lama. The Vice President of the organisation,&nbsp;Venerable Jangchup Choeden Rinpoche highlighted that, "China is preparing a lot of things to take over the agenda. <p>Irmgard Furchner, 97, a former secretary who worked as a typist for the commander of a Nazi concentration camp during World War II, has been convicted of complicity in the murders of over 10,505 people.</p>

<p>Hired at Stutthof, she is also one of the first women who served a two-year suspended jail term.</p>

<p>Despite being a domestic worker, the typist was found guilty as the court believed she was aware of all the activities, BBC reported.&nbsp;</p>

<p>But Stefan Hordler, a historian played a crucial role. He presented pieces of evidence. It became clear that Furchner was able to see one of the worst conditions at the camp.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Stutthof's commander Paul-Werner Hoppe was also jailed in 1955 for being an accessory to murder. He was released after five years.&nbsp;</p>

The two sisters reportedly decided to wed the same man as they couldn't imagine parting ways after marriage,” said Solapur police officials.&nbsp;</p>

UNRWA officials said that a "man-made cavity" was detected under the school grounds after which the area was sectioned off and the tunnel was sealed.&nbsp;Gaza is a Palestinian region ruled by&nbsp; the Hamas and is home to a network of tunnels, some of which have been used in previous conflicts with Israel, the UN agency reported on Thursday.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"The agency protested strongly to the relevant authorities in Gaza to express outrage and condemnation of the presence of such a structure underneath one of its installations," the UN agency for Palestinian refugees said in a statement.</p>

<p>According to UNRWA, the "cavity" amounted to "a major breach of the agency's neutrality and a breach of international law" and exposed children and UN personnel to "grave security and safety hazards." As per&nbsp;the Israeli army, the tunnel was really built by insurgents in Gaza.</p>

<p>"Rain likely created a hole in the ground that revealed the structure of a terrorist tunnel next to a UNRWA school in Gaza," an Israeli military source told AFP on condition of anonymity.</p>
