The rapper has denied the allegations and has admitted that it would be a difficult conversation for him and his wife with their three kids- making them aware of the situation. Latest reports state that the couple is working with a 'crisis specialist' to get through the turbulent times.

According to RadarOnline, Beyonce forced Jay-Z to walk the red carpet on Monday with the family, keeping the legal woes aside.

"Beyoncé forced Jay-Z to attend the premiere last night (Monday). They are working with a crisis specialist who is advising them on how to handle this. Beyoncé believes that the best way is to face it head-on. Blue Ivy is well aware of what is going on and intends to support her father in any way she can. She was there in solidarity with her dad and mom,” a source told Daily Mail.

Jay Z and Beyonce are consulting a crisis specialist amid rape allegations

The skeletons are now tumbling out. Weeks after music mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs' was arrested on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, musician and producer Jay-Z was accused in a lawsuit submitted Sunday of raping a 13-year-old with hip-hop star Sean Combs in the year 2000, court documents show. Jay-Z has denied the claims.

An updated complaint in a civil case against Combs alleges that Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, and Combs raped the girl at an after-party following the MTV Video Music Awards in September of 2000.

"Another celebrity stood by and watched as Combs and Carter took turns assaulting the minor. Many others were present at the after party, but did nothing to stop the assault," the complaint reads.

"Carter has been with Combs during many such instances described herein. Both perpetrators must face justice."

The update lawsuit states that Jay-Z had originally been identified in the complaint as "Celebrity A." It accuses Carter of filing a "frivolous" countersuit.

The plaintiff is not identified in the lawsuit.

Jay-Z fired back at the lawyer bringing the case, accusing him of being a "deplorable human."

"My lawyer received a blackmail attempt, called a demand letter, from a 'lawyer' named Tony Buzbee. What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle. No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are," said a statement published on X by Jay-Z's label Roc Nation.

"These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!! Whoever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree? These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case."

Carter, 55, is a billionaire record producer and entrepreneur who started out as a rapper and is now married to superstar Beyonce.

Buzbee, the lawyer bringing the action against Jay-Z, told AFP "the pleading speaks for itself. This is a very serious matter that will be prosecuted in court."

Rapper Combs, known as "Diddy," has separately been charged with sex trafficking and racketeering.

Federal prosecutors allege that Combs, 55, sexually abused women and coerced them into drug-fueled sex parties using threats and violence.

He has pleaded not guilty to all charges, and his criminal trial is currently slated to begin on May 5, 2025.

Combs has also faced a massive wave of suits promised by lawyers including Texas attorney Buzbee, who said in October that more than 100 alleged victims were planning legal action against him.

Jay-Z accused of raping teen with Diddy in civil lawsuit: Court filing

Music producer and rapper Jay Z had been accused of raping a teen in a fresh lawsuit that has also named Sean Diddy Combs. The incident allegedly took place in 2000 during the MTV Music Awards afterparty. A 'Jane Doe' from New York has claimed that Jay Z and Diddy sexually assaulted her at the event. Jay Z has denied the allegations of rape, which happened when the accuser was 13 years old, as per court documents.

Hours after the news came to light, alleged photos from the said party in 2000 began circulating on social media.

The photos that surfaced online, were allegedly taken during the MTV Music Awards ceremony.

The case is linked to a lawsuit initially filed in October 2024, with only Diddy named as the defendant. The lawsuit was refiled on Sunday (Dec 8) at the Southern District Court of New York to include Jay-Z, whose original name is Shawn Carter.

The authenticity of these photos has not been verified yet, but they have sparked further discussion and scrutiny around the allegations and the rap industry's ‘great destruction.'

According to the X handle of Collin Rugg, there were other celebrities too at the afterparty.

Stars like Ice T, David Blaine, Damon Dash, Eminem, Dr. Dre, Steven Dorff, Josie Maran, and Carmen Cass alongside Diddy's then-girlfriend and popstar Jennifer Lopez attended the party.

Jay Z accused of ‘raping’ a minor

On Sunday, NBC reported that the Brooklyn-based rapper who is married to Beyoncé, was named in the lawsuit for raping the 13-year-old at an awards party after the victim tried entering the venue without a ticket.

The woman alleged that she was taken to the house party in New York on September 7, 2000, where she was offered a drink.

She began feeling “woozy” after drinking. She claimed both Jay-Z and Diddy entered the room, with Jay-Z allegedly removing her clothing and holding her down while Diddy assaulted her as an unknown female celebrity watched.

Jay Z denies claims

Denying the allegations, Jay-Z criticized Jane Doe’s attorney Tony Buzbee, who is also handling multiple lawsuits against Sean Diddy Combs.

“I have no idea how you have come to be such a deplorable human Mr. Buzbee, but I promise you I have seen your kind many times over,” he said, according to PageSix.

The rapper stated that the 'henious' accusations would impact his family and he and his wife Beyonce would have to make their three kids understand the situation.

“My wife and I will have to sit our children down, one of whom is at the age where her friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims, and explain the cruelty and greed of people,” he said.

“You have made a terrible error in judgment thinking that all ‘celebrities’ are the same,” Jay continued. “I’m not from your world. I’m a young man who made it out of the project of Brooklyn. We don’t play these types of games," he said.

Incoming United States (US) president Donald Trump said on Saturday (Nov. 30) that he would appoint Kash Patel as the director of the Federal Bureau of Intelligence (FBI).

Incoming United States (US) president Donald Trump said on Saturday (Nov. 30) that he would appoint Kash Patel as the director of the Federal Bureau of Intelligence (FBI). Patel, who during Trump's first term advised both the Director of National Intelligence and the Secretary of Defense, has previously called for stripping the FBI of its intelligence-gathering role and purging its ranks of any employee who refuses to support Trump's agenda. With the nomination of Patel, Trump is signalling that he is preparing to carry out his threat to oust Christopher Wray. Patel hints at releasing Epstein, Diddy lists The news of Patel being chosen to be the next FBI boss has garnered massive attention among social media users. Also read | Trump accused of groping former model as Jeffrey Epstein watched the ‘twisted game’ In a post on X on Sunday, American commentator Benny Johnson released a snippet of his recent podcast with Patel where he (Patel) detailed a comprehensive declassification operation under the second Trump term. "...when we go back to the DOJ (Department of Justice) and the FBI, we still don't have all the lists, all of the stuff they did to 275,000 Americans illegally in one year. Put that out there," Patel said. The way to do it is by giving the American people the truth. And that's what they feared about Donald Trump. He's going to come in there and might just give them the Epstein list, the 'Diddy list,' and everything else they're terrified of being exposed," he added. But will Trump actually release these lists? American financier and convicted sex offender Jeffery Epstein, who was found dead in a prison cell in 2019, had close relations with a lot of high-profile people, including Donald Trump. Epstein and Trump were once neighbours in Florida and partied together. However, in the year 2004, their friendship took a sour turn. When Epstein was arrested in July 2019, Trump, who was then US president, said, "I was not a fan of his, that I can tell you." In January this year, about 950 pages of court documents identifying associates of Epstein were made public. Some of the prominent names mentioned in these documents were Prince Andrew, magician David Copperfield, Donald Trump, and former US president Bill Clinton. Also read | Trump selects Indian-origin Kash Patel to head FBI, announces key picks for DEA, and Justice Department On September 3, Trump had expressed willingness to release additional official files related to Epstein if he was re-elected. In a podcast, Trump emphasised that he never visited Epstein's private Island, which is notorious for the abuse of numerous females, including underaged girls. Meanwhile, Sean Diddy Combs was arrested in September on sex trafficking and racketeering charges. With Trump emerging victorious in the November 5 election, will he release the Diddy and Epstein lists? 'Diddy was arrested so that...' A day before the election results were announced, Donald Trump Jr suggested that Diddy had been arrested so that celebrities who were affiliated with him would endorse Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris. “We’re seeing unprecedented amounts of pay-for-play again,” Trump Jr said on his podcast, Triggered, on November 4. “Again, none of this is organic. It’s a paid influencer operation. Know that. The celebrities who aren’t getting paid are getting probably paid in another way because they’re either on an Epstein list or a Diddy party list or both,” Trump Jr said. “We all saw that, how magically Diddy gets busted, and all of a sudden everyone’s endorsing the Democrat, just out of nowhere,” he added. Trump's FBI pick Kash Patel hints at releasing releasing Epstein, Diddy lists

Sean 'Diddy' Combs' bail application was rejected for the third time. The disgraced music mogul had requested US District Judge Arun Subramanian to grant him house arrest instead of prison until his trial date. However, the court ordered Diddy to remain in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Centre as he awaits his trial scheduled for May 6, 2025.
Diddy’s plea, however, was almost immediately denied by the judge as he said, “That’s not going to work,” as reported by The Mirror.

This is Diddy's legal team's third attempt to get him out of the detention centre. Previously, he has been denied bail twice by the appointed judge.

Diddy's legal team asks for house arrest

In his bail plea, Diddy's attorney assured that three guards would be placed across the estate, with two stationed with him inside the 3-bedroom apartment. The attorney also suggested that Diddy will not have access to the Internet and will only be allowed to contact his legal team.

They supported their proposal by arguing that this setup would be “substantially more restrictive” for him than the prison.

The prosecution argued that he had been contacting witnesses from jail, raising concerns that he might continue his alleged actions outside of prison. They stated in court documents that they had reviewed phone records as part of their investigation.

The prosecutors' position weakened, however, when they admitted to reviewing Diddy's 'personal notes,' which they claimed indicated that he had indeed communicated with witnesses.

Diddy's lawyers argued that the notes should not have been accessed at all since they were 'privileged materials' of the rapper.

As a result, the defence requested an urgent hearing, and the judge ruled that the materials be destroyed and could not be used in any future proceedings.

Diddy’s previous attempts at bail

This isn't Diddy's first attempt at obtaining bail. Diddy’s first bail package comprised a $50 million bond, which was financed mostly with equity in his home. Sean 'Diddy' Combs housed in jail dorm where one can spy on female prisoners: Report

In the latest development, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is offering a $ 50 million bail package and intends to use his Florida mansion, which was raided by the FBI; to be released from Brooklyn jail where he has been for eight weeks on criminal sex trafficking charges.

After multiple bails were denied to him since he may tamper with the witnesses, Diddy proposed this. However, his team faced a setback on Friday (Nov 8) when a judge denied their request to stop witnesses from appearing in this case, citing the importance of free speech rights for the alleged victims.

According to USA Today, this time, he's offering the same $50 million bail as before, but with some new details to support his case. The money would be guaranteed by the value of two houses in Florida - one belonging to him and one to his mother. This isn't his first attempt to get bail - he's tried before and been denied.

In the latest filed federal court documents, Diddy’s attorneys have some added conditions to counter claims that he is a flight risk, “insisting that he poses no danger to society.” They argue that the charges are weak and are not as substantial as they have been portrayed so far.

Diddy’s defence team has presented new evidence that they believe undermines the prosecution's case. Specifically, they challenge the government's interpretation of a 2016 video showing him hitting his ex-girlfriend, arguing that it wasn't connected to any coerced "freak off" incident. The defence maintains that this video clip merely captures one moment within a long-term consensual relationship between the two parties.

The defence also contends that the prison conditions Diddy faces are violating his constitutional rights, specifically by hampering his ability to work with his lawyers on his defence case.

After multiple bails were denied to him since he may tamper with the witnesses, Diddy proposed this. However, his team faced a setback on Friday (Nov 8) when a judge denied their request to stop witnesses from appearing in this case, citing the importance of free speech rights for the alleged victims. ‘No danger to society’: Sean 'Diddy' Combs’ $50 million bail proposal denied

Sean “Diddy” Combs will likely have the most uncomfortable birthday of his life this year. Turning 55 this year in jail, Sean would never have imagined that he’d have to celebrate one of his birthdays in prison. He currently awaits trial and is being tried for sexual assault, rape and prostitution charges.

Sean is currently being held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Centre after he was arrested in Manhattan.

A report by New York Post has revealed what Sean could have enjoyed as his ‘birthday menu’ as he turns 55 on November 4.

The report suggests that Sean started with breakfast items like biscuits and gravy, oven-browned potatoes, bread and hot oatmeal. For lunch, Diddy had choices from cheese pizza, Italian pasta salad and green beans. The same was confirmed with the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

Notably, nothing special is being organised for the disgraced mogul and that this is what prisoners are usually served on Mondays. If he likes to have coffee, Sean would have to wait because the prisoners are only offered coffee over the weekend.

Sean Diddy is having a tough time in prison

Diddy is reportedly not doing great in jail. In the last report, Sean was said to be having a hard time as he was asked to sleep on the floor as rats scurry around him. Sean has applied for bail twice and has been denied on both accounts. His defence has applied for bail for the third time.

A usual day in the life of a prisoner

The inmates reportedly begin their day with breakfast at 6 am which includes cereal, fruit and a breakfast cake followed by their lunch at 11 am. For lunch, the inmates have hamburgers, baked fish or beef tacos along with scrambled eggs and biscuits on weekends.

Sean “Diddy” Combs plethora of accusations

A number of lawsuits have been filed against the music mogul. It all started with a lawsuit filed against him by ex Cassie Ventura. While they reached an out-of-court settlement and the lawsuit was taken back, it led to other women filing suits against him. Some claim he raped them and filmed them while others claim that he organised their rape and watched it as it happened. Also, there is involvement of drugs. There’s something called freaks off that he organised in which many celebrities, it's claimed, participated and were privy to the whole thing.

As a result, the judge ruled that Doe “has not carried her burden to show that she is entitled to” anonymity.

Sean Diddy’s lawsuit: Rapper seen dancing with several women surrounded by alcohol

The allegations are mounting against disgraced rapper Sean 'Diddy' Combs. A new allegation has surfaced which alleges that the rapper had threatened to kill a 19-year-old college student and her friend back in 2004.

Using the pseudonym Jane Doe, the accuser sued Diddy in a New York court on Wednesday, October 23.

Doe's formal complaint revealed that “members of the public” were often invited to Diddy's events like music video shoots, photoshoots, autograph signings across New York City. Jane's lawyer noted, "One such event took place in 2004 across the street from Jane Doe’s college campus in Brooklyn, New York.”

What the lawsuit reveals

Jane reportedly received an invitation to a Diddy photoshoot when she was 19 due to the collaboration between her own friends, Combs' accomplices, and agents. The invitation led to the opportunity for her and one of her friends to attend an afterparty by the hip-hop mogul's business associates.

The suit reveals that Jane and the embattled celebrity met at the photoshoot, where he seemingly invited her and her friend to “a more exclusive party.” After their approval, a member of the rapper's entourage purportedly transported them to a Manhattan area Mariott hotel.

The accuser’s lawsuit described the party scene at the hotel suite where a dozen people were engaged in drinking. Jane and her friend were reportedly pulled away from the main party to a separate room, and a man, believed to be a security guard told her, “You know what you are here for,” insinuating that Diddy wanted to engage in sexual activities with them.

The accuser and friend were then forced to engage in sexual encounters under the threat of violence.

The guard locked them in a room with Combs and the rapper reportedly offered them drinks and cocaine. Diddy initiated his advances towards the two college students “ and eventually began forcibly touch them without consent.” The suit claimed, “, (Diddy) ordered Ms. Doe’s friend to perform oral sex on him or else he would have them both killed” after they initially refused to comply with his demands.

Fearing for their life, Doe’s friend acted following Diddy’s demands, while Doe herself begged him to let them leave. However, he didn’t agree, instead, he switched over to targeting Jane after her friend and compelled her to remove her clothes and threatened violence if they didn't comply.

Jane complied eventually, which resulted in Combs allegedly sexually assaulting her despite her begging him to stop. Hearing Doe’s cries, the security guard from earlier checked in again to see if everything was okay. The suit accuses the rapper of being on top of Doe, not permitting her to move. Combs eventually struck up a conversation with the guard who exited the room. Meanwhile, Diddy threatened Doe that he would kill her if she didn’t stay.

The formal complaint then established that Doe had been alone in the darkroom for half an hour. Soon after that, another guard walked in and asked her to leave. Doe quickly left the place and called a taxi back to her dormitory in downtown Brooklyn.

Multiple charges of sexual assault against Sean 'Diddy' Combs

Since his arrest in Manhattan in September, the number of civil lawsuits against Combs has just increased. Over 200 cases of sexual assault have been filed against him but he had pleaded not guilty to all of them.

His rep maintains that he is innocent. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman,” the rep said.

Combs' mother and six kids have also issued statements in support of the rapper stating that a false narrative against the music mogul is being shared by the media.

A new lawsuit filed against music mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs mentions several high-profile celebrities including Nicki Minaj, Lil' Kim and Mary J Blige. The lawsuit has been filed by a Texas-based attorney who is representing many accusers of the music mogul.

According to a report by the Daily Beast, the lawsuit mentions Minaj, Kim and Blige as being present at a 2014 Las Vegas party at Club Rehab.

However, the suit contains “no suggestion that any of the named celebrities were present at the after-party where the woman alleges she was plied with date r— drug GHB.”

It recently emerged that Diddy allegedly used GHB in baby oil to intoxicate his victims.

According to the report, an unnamed woman has alleged that on Memorial Day weekend 2014, she “met many celebrities, including Mary J. Blige, Lil’ Kim, and Nicki Minaj” and “was also introduced to Combs, who greeted her and said he hoped she had a lot of fun at the party.”

Nicki Minaj, Lil' Kim, Mary J Blige named in new lawsuit against Sean 'Diddy' Combs

Sean "Diddy" Combs has been hit with seven new sexual abuse lawsuits, as his lawyers asked the judge overseeing the music mogul's criminal sex trafficking case for a gag order against Combs' accusers and their lawyers.

The civil lawsuits were made public on Sunday and Monday by four men and three women over alleged misconduct in New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas dating to 2000 but mainly in 2022, the accusers' lawyer Tony Buzbee said on Facebook.

Some lawsuits said unidentified celebrities also assaulted Combs' accusers.

Combs, 54, faces at least two dozen civil lawsuits accusing him of sexual misconduct, including 13 from Buzbee's firm.

He has denied wrongdoing. The Bad Boy record label founder has also pleaded not guilty in the criminal case and is appealing his now five-week detention in a Brooklyn jail known for poor living conditions after being denied bail twice.

The new lawsuits compound the legal problems for Combs, who according to prosecutors coerced victims into participating in sex acts against their will, bribing and intimidating them into keeping quiet, and employing his staff to hide it all.

All seven plaintiffs used the pseudonyms, John Doe or Jane Doe. Five sued in federal court and two sued in a New York state court, all in Manhattan.

'READY TO PARTY'

In one new lawsuit, the plaintiff said she was 13 when Combs drugged and assaulted her at an afterparty for the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards in New York.

She said Combs and an unnamed male celebrity vaginally raped her while an unnamed female celebrity looked on after Combs proclaimed "You are ready to party!"

Another accuser said he was a 17-year-old aspiring artist making small talk with Combs at a 2022 party in a Manhattan hotel penthouse, with Combs assuring him that "he could make him a star."

Doe said Combs drugged him with a drink and later assaulted him, including by grabbing his genitals, in a room where others engaged in group sex.

In response to the lawsuits, Combs' lawyers referred to a statement addressing Buzbee's earlier lawsuits.

"Mr Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defences, and the integrity of the judicial process," the lawyers said. "In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone - adult or minor, man or woman."

Buzbee's firm said it represents more than 150 of Combs' accusers.

CHARACTER ASSASSINATION

Combs faces a May 5, 2025, criminal trial on three felony counts of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.

The gag order request from Marc Agnifilo, Combs' primary lawyer, seeks to block potential government witnesses and their lawyers from making statements that substantially interfere with Combs' right to a fair trial.

Agnifilo objected to numerous statements "aimed at assassinating Mr. Combs' character in the press," including false allegations of sexual abuse of children.

He asked the judge to order prosecutors to reveal whether they authorized such statements, and to order the witnesses and lawyers to take down online statements under their control.

US District Judge Arun Subramanian, who oversees the criminal case, ordered prosecutors to respond by Oct. 30.
A spokesperson for U.S. Attorney Damian Williams in Manhattan, whose office is prosecuting Combs, declined to comment.

The five new federal civil lawsuits were assigned to five different judges. Two ordered the plaintiffs to justify in writing why they should remain anonymous.

A spokesperson for U.S. Attorney Damian Williams in Manhattan, whose office is prosecuting Combs, declined to comment. The five new federal civil lawsuits were assigned to five different judges. Sean 'Diddy' Combs seeks gag order on accusers after facing new lawsuits

50 Cent reiterates that he had been commenting on Sean "Diddy" Combs' "freak parties" and disturbing behaviour long before the recent legal issues came to light. He is standing by his decision to call out Combs over the years.

The disgraced music mogul was arrested at a Manhattan hotel on September 17. He was recently charged with sex trafficking, racketeering, and other crimes. However, he has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

He explained that he had spoken out about Combs' questionable behaviour during his concerts and even on social media. “Look, it seems like I’m doing some extremely outrageous things, but I haven’t. It’s really me just saying what I’ve been saying for 10 years,” he said.

The rapper added that while Combs’ legal troubles are now in the spotlight, his own perspective remains the same. “Now it’s becoming more full-facing in the news with the Puffy stuff, but away from that I’m like, ‘Yo it’s just my perspective because I stayed away from that stuff the entire time because this is not my style.’”

50 Cent and Combs have had a rocky relationship for years. Their feud started in 2006 when 50 Cent released a diss track titled "The Bomb." In the song, 50 Cent accused Combs of being involved in the 1997 murder of the Notorious B.I.G. Since then, the two have often clashed.

After Combs’ arrest, it was revealed that 50 Cent is working on a documentary about the accusations. He is teaming up with director Alexandria Stapleton for the project, which is being produced by G-Unit Film & Television and House of Nonfiction.

In a statement, they said, “This is a story with significant human impact. It is a complex narrative spanning decades, not just the headlines or clips seen so far.” They also emphasised that Combs’ case is just one part of the larger story of hip-hop culture.

“We want to make sure that individual actions do not overshadow the broader contributions of the culture,” the statement said.

50 Cent is also preparing for his Las Vegas residency, which will feature his hit song "In Da Club."

50 Cent opens up about his feud with Sean 'Diddy' Combs and recent allegations

Sean “Diddy” Combs is trying his all to get out of jail. After being denied bail twice and having applied for a third time, the disgraced music mogul has now requested via his lawyers for the identities of his accusers to be revealed. The rapper wants to know names of people who have accused him in sex trafficking cases.

In a letter to a Manhattan federal court judge, Diddy’s legal team argued that he needs to know the names of the alleged victims so he can prepare for his trial which is scheduled for May 5, 2025.

What do the lawyers representing Sean "Diddy" Combs ask of judge

The letter signed by Diddy’s lawyers Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos reads: “This case is unique, in part because of the number of individuals levying allegations against Mr Combs due to his celebrity status, wealth, and the publicity of his previously settled lawsuit and the grand jury leaks and false inflammatory statements by the DHS agents, as outlined in our previous motion.”

“This has had a pervasive ripple effect, resulting in a torrent of allegations by unidentified complainants, spanning from the false to outright absurd," the letter further reads.

The letter also made a note of the six new lawsuits that were filed anonymously and includes a minor’s allegations. It read, “Counsel for these accusers recently convened a press conference at which he claimed to represent 120 accusers making outrageous and deeply prejudicial allegations, including violent sexual assault and sexual abuse of minors. This publicity stunt, broadcast on Instagram, included a ‘1-800’ number that reportedly received 12,000 calls in the first 24 hours.”

The lawyers continued: “These accusations came on the heels of more than a dozen lawsuits previously filed and currently pending, several of which have already been discredited but only after irreparably damaging Mr Combs’ character and reputation. These swirling allegations have created a hysterical media circus that, if left unchecked, will irreparably deprive Mr. Combs of a fair trial, if they haven’t already.”

Sean "Diddy" Combs wants court to reveal names of accusers in sex trafficking and assault cases

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with six new lawsuits. According to reports, the fresh batch of lawsuits includes one where he allegedly molested a minor.

The lawsuits were filed in Manhattan anonymously by two women named as Jane Doe and four by men identified as John Does.

The allegations against the now-54-year-old rapper known as "Diddy" span from 1995 until 2021, Rolling Stone reported.

They are part of a massive wave of suits promised by lawyers including Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, who said earlier this month that more than 100 alleged victims were planning legal action against Combs, who was arrested on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges last month.

One accuser says Combs sexually assaulted him when he was 16, fondling his genitals in 1998 in the Hamptons just outside of New York City, at one of Combs's infamous white parties.

At the time, Combs had insisted to the teenage boy that allowing such behavior was part of what it took to break into the music world, allegedly asking him: "Don't you want to break into the business?"

The new lurid lawsuits are the latest chapter in the stunning downfall of Combs.

He was already facing a laundry list of similar civil suits before federal authorities arrested him on three criminal counts, alleging he sexually abused women and coerced them into drug-fueled sex parties using threats and violence, all with help from a network of employees and associates.

Judges have denied him bail, as prosecutors voice concerns of witness tampering. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

His criminal trial is currently slated to begin May 5, 2025.

Prosecutors have indicated there is still more evidence to explore and that more charges could be added to the indictment against Combs.

Public allegations have been building against the Grammy winner since late last year, when singer Cassie, whose real name is Casandra Ventura, alleged Combs subjected her to more than a decade of coercion by physical force and drugs as well as a 2018 rape.

Sean "Diddy" Combs seen walking to courthouse in prison clothes, with family

Sean "Diddy" Combs will stand trial on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges starting on May 5, a U.S. judge decided during a hearing on Thursday, and the jailed hip-hop mogul blew kisses to his family in the courtroom afterward.

During the hearing before U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian in Manhattan federal court, Combs' lawyer Marc Agnifilo also raised concerns about what he termed improper leaks by federal agents about the case. Prosecutor Emily Johnson called the claim baseless.

Combs, 54, pleaded not guilty on Sept. 17 to a three-count indictment charging him with using his business empire - including record label Bad Boy Entertainment - to transport women and male sex workers across state lines to take part in recorded sexual performances called "Freak Offs."

Thursday's hearing marked a third court appearance for Combs since his September arrest.

Wearing tan prison garb, Combs stood and blew kisses toward his family members seated in the courtroom's audience after the hearing ended. His mother and children attended the hearing, defense lawyer Anthony Ricco said in court. Combs was then led out a side door by members of the U.S. Marshals Service.

Johnson told the court the prosecution's case at the trial will last at least three weeks. Combs' defense case will last around one week, Agnifilo said.

Combs has been jailed at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since his arrest. The Manhattan-based 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday denied his request to be immediately released while he appeals another judge's decision to deny him bail. A three-judge 2nd Circuit panel will hear that appeal at a later date.

The rapper and producer faces a sentence of up to life in prison and a minimum of 15 years if convicted of the three counts he faces: racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Prosecutors said Combs enticed women by giving them drugs such as ketamine and ecstasy, financial support or promises of career support or a romantic relationship. Combs then used the surreptitious recordings of the sex acts as "collateral" to ensure that the women would remain silent, and sometimes displayed weapons to intimidate abuse victims and witnesses, prosecutors said.

The indictment contained no allegation that Combs himself directly engaged in unwanted sexual contact with women, though he was accused of physically assaulting them. Agnifilo has called the sexual activity described by prosecutors consensual.

In a court filing on Wednesday night, Agnifilo asked Subramanian to impose a "gag order" prohibiting prosecutors and federal agents from disclosing evidence to the media. Agnifilo cited what he called unlawful leaks that included a videotape showing Combs striking and dragging a woman in 2016.

At the hearing, Johnson called the defense request an attempt to "exclude a damning piece of evidence." She said prosecutors would have no problem affirming their obligations not to disclose confidential evidence to the press, but said the defense should be bound by that as well.

Johnson also raised concerns about Agnifilo's statement in a September interview with entertainment news outlet TMZ calling the case a "takedown of a successful Black man." She said the comment amounted to an accusation that the government was "engaging in a racist prosecution."

"Statements of this sort seriously risk a fair trial in this case," Johnson said.

Subramanian asked Agnifilo to propose an order that would govern public statements by both sides.

17 to a three-count indictment charging him with using his business empire - including record label Bad Boy Entertainment - to transport women and male sex workers across state lines to take part in recorded sexual performances called "Freak Offs." Thursday's hearing marked a third court appearance for Combs since his September arrest. Sean Diddy accuses government of ‘leaking’ viral Cassie's tape to the media

Ever since Sean 'Diddy' Combs was named in multiple lawsuits on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution many celebrities have been quietly distancing themselves from the music mogul. Now Texas-based lawyer Tony Buzbee has claimed that many celebs who have been linked to Diddy have been paying off victims.

Following Diddy's arrest, all of his celebrity friendships have come under intense scrutiny, with many being accused of being part of the debauchery that reportedly occurred at the rapper's infamous parties.

So far Diddy is the sole individual implicated in his federal sex crimes charges. Lawsuits filed by over 120 alleged victims may just lead Diddy to expose the names of other high-profile individuals connected to his crimes.

"In every single case, especially cases like this … because it's in the best interests of the victim, we attempt to resolve these matters without the filing of a public lawsuit, and we've done that already with a handful of individuals, many of which you've heard of before," the victims' lawyer Tony Buzbee said, as per a report on TMZ.

Buzbee refrained from revealing how many individuals were implicated. He did hint at the reason behind the delay in naming individuals who have opted to ignore his demand letters.

More and more celebrities are quietly disassociating themselves with Sean 'Diddy' Combs with each passing day. Now, Joe Jonas has seemingly removed Combs' reference from his song Cake by the Ocean. The move comes amid multiple sexual assault allegations against the rapper.

During a Jonas Brothers concert last week, the 35-year-old skipped singing the disgraced music mogul's name while performing his band DNCE’s 2015 hit.

During the chorus, Jonas changed the lyric “Walk for me, baby / I'll be Diddy, you'll be Naomi, woah-oh,” to “Walk for me, baby / I’ll be watching you be Naomi.” The subtle change was noticed by fans after a video of the pop singer’s performance in Lyon, France, went viral on TikTok.

Fans quickly flooded the comment section and lauded Jonas for making the change. Many also remarked that they had no idea that the song included a “Diddy” reference.

The song's original lyric was reportedly a reference to Combs' alleged relationship with supermodel Naomi Campbell in the early 2000s.

Jonas is not the only singer to make such a move. Earlier this year in May, Kesha changed the lyrics of her popular song Tik Tok soon after the first wave of sexual assault lawsuits against Combs came to light.

She replaced the lyric “wake up in the morning feeling like P. Diddy” to “wake up in the morning like f**k P. Diddy,” during her surprise appearance during Renee Rapp's Coachella set. When interviewed by reporters at the LAX on May 9, Kesha confirmed that the change was permanent.

“I stand by that,” Kesha said at the time, adding, “I'm not the kind of person that just shuts the f**k up. I know what I stand for. I know my integrity is rock solid, so I speak the truth."

No privileges for Sean “Diddy” in jail, made to sleep on floor with rats around him: Sex trafficking case

Sean "Diddy" Combs' lawyer is currently working on an appeal to get him released from prison. According to court documents obtained by a publication on Monday, Alexandra Shapiro from Combs’ legal team filed a notice to appeal after Combs was denied bail two times. The actual appeal brief will be submitted soon, according to the latest reports.

Combs is putting together a strong legal defence team. He has hired trial lawyer Anthony Ricco and appellate lawyer Shapiro to fight the case, reports People.

The music mogul was arrested on September 16 at a hotel in Manhattan. The next day, a 14-page document was released that explained the accusations against him. Combs is accused of organizing multiple events known as “freak offs” which were described by prosecutors as elaborate sex performances. He is also accused of drugging and sexually assaulting his victims.

On September 18, Combs was denied bail for the second time. He is being held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center. The judge who denied bail, Magistrate Judge Robyn F Tarnofsky, said she was concerned about Combs' alleged substance abuse and anger issues. She also said she did not trust him not to harm others.

Combs was placed on suicide watch after his arrest but sources said he is no longer under this supervision. His family has visited him while he waits for his trial. His lawyer said Combs is strong and focused on his defence.
