<p>Actress Priyanka Chopra is resting at home after a &quot;minor incident&quot; on the set of her ABC show &quot;Quantico,&quot; the network said Friday.</p>

<p>Celebrity news website TMZ, citing unnamed sources, said the actress had slipped and fallen during a stunt and suffered a concussion after hitting her head.</p>

<p>In a statement, ABC did not confirm this but said a &quot;minor incident&quot; took place on the New York set of the FBI drama series on Thursday night.</p>

After Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra was criticised for wearing a T-shirt for a travel magazine with the words refugee, immigrant and outsider struck off, the magazine issued a clarification on Twitter today. Social media had slammed the 34-year-old actress for being insensitive towards refugees and promoting a 'racist' message. "It’s about how our labelling of people as immigrants, refugees and outsiders is creating a culture of xenophobia... It’s time we demand better, and stand against the building of walls, literal and otherwise. We must demand a world free of racism and bigotry and prejudice, so that we—and generations after us—may enjoy all the abundance that travel offers, the beauty of a world that is open and rich and diverse in its people and cultures and geographies," the magazine said in a statement.
