<p>Notably, Brouillet was on a boat in the channel — an area of deeper, calmer water to the side of the wave&nbsp;without a clear line of sight of the initial action. He, however, was in prime spot waiting for the Brazilian to "kick out" &nbsp;-- exit the wave face at the conclusion of his run when Brouillet clicked him. The moment of capture is so brilliant that&nbsp;it shows the surfer leaping from his surfboard and raising his finger in celebration of his Olympic triumph, with his surfboard pointing skyward parallelly.</p>

While it is a commendable feat for both Indian athletes, Manu has once again made the headlines after acquiring bronze in the women's 10m air pistol event on Sunday (Jul&nbsp;28). In just 48 hours, the 22-year-old has created history by becoming the first Indian athlete&nbsp;to secure multiple medals at an Olympic edition. She also became only the second Indian woman with two Olympic medals (joining PV Sindhu).</p>

There is always room for improvement, the wheels are turning and it's always about doing better.”&nbsp;</p>

However, so far no group or individual has taken responsibility and the officials also haven't named any suspects. Reports mentioned that other possible suspects include terrorist groups, left-wing extremists or environmental activists.&nbsp;</p>

<p>As quoted by The Telegraph, Jérôme Poirot, who is a terror expert for RMC-BFMTV, said, "We know that Russia and other countries want to interfere with the Olympic Games. There may be a plan in place to prevent the opening ceremony."&nbsp;</p>
