<p>The filing also said that the Serbian tennis star had recieved a document from Australia's "Department of Home Affairs (which) told Mr Djokovic that his `responses indicate(d) that (he met) the requirements for a quarantine-free arrival into Australia".</p>

<p>His lawyers also stated that Djokovic has requested to be moved out of the quarantine hotel and taken to a facility where he can train for the upcoming Australian Open tournament, which is all set to get underway from December 17.</p>

<p>World no. one tennis star Novak Djokovic, who tested positive for COVID-19 last week, has donated more than 40,000 euros to a Serbian town hit hard by the pandemic. The 33-year-old Serbian ace donated the sum to Novi Pazar to help them battle the outbreak of the dreaded virus.</p>

<p>Even Djokovic’s good friend Andy Murray had no way to defend him - particularly over this party in a Belgrade night club, where forget distancing - the players were dancing around shirtless.</p>
