<p>Gambhir ticks all the boxes and could be the one who ultimately takes up the job. The only hindrance could&nbsp;be Gambhir's young family as the job would require him to be on the road for nearly 10 months&nbsp;in&nbsp;a year, up until 2027.&nbsp;</p>

Moreover, the Indian Team bus was driven via an alternative route and not through the usual thoroughfares of New York’s Long Island. The new (25-minute long) route, crossing the golf course, was known to a handful of security personnel and was used before and after the game.</p>
