<p>In Uri, he played gully cricket with some local fans as the younger boys happily noticed and learned from the best in the game.</p>

<p>Sachin also visited a cricket bat manufacturing unit at Chursoo on the Srinagar-Jammu national highway and even stopped by Pahalgam in southern Kashmir.</p>

<p>Kashmir witnessed a fresh spell of snowfall on Thursday, as rain and sleet dropped the minimum temperature across the valley</p>

<p>Several hill stations like Pahalgam and Gulmarg, tourist resorts in the north and south of the valley respectively, received the maximum snowfall.</p>

<p>Gulmarg district received around 5 to 7 feet of snow whiles Pahalgam recorded around 2 feet of snow.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The snowfall brought cheers to the skiers and athletes who have descended into the valley in record numbers.</p>

<p>From skiing to snowboarding to riding snow scooters, heavy crowds were witnessed among prominent resorts.</p>
