Carolina Panthers owner David Tepper was fined $300,000 by the NFL on Tuesday for throwing a drink at rival fans in Jacksonville, what was termed "unacceptable conduct" by the league.

The Carolina Panthers have signed the no. 1 2023 NFL Draft pick Bryce Young to a four-year, $37.9 million deal on Friday, July 21. The development reported by ESPN also mentioned that Young's total remuneration includes joining bonus of $24.6 million in guarantee.

The deal will allow the Panthers' QB to attend the training camp on schedule. The first full practice of Carolina players will take place on Wednesday, July 26 with rookies required to report to training site by Saturday, July 22. Former National Football League's (NFL) quarterback Cam Newton is all set to showcase his skills at Auburn once again - nearly 12 years after he first did that in the lead up of 2011 NFL draft.

Newton, who is an alumni of Auburn Tigers, will throw on his school's pro day on Tuesday. The QB made the announcement via a video he posted on his Twitter account.

"Tell me how these randoms keep getting jobs," an emphatic Newton said in the video. "Don't worry about it. I'm going to show you. I can't wait to show you," Newton can be seen saying in the video. "Ain't 32 [QBs] better than me," he said while ending the video with a smile.

"I think you're going to see... within the next two weeks that somebody is going to step up and do the right thing, and you want me to predict who?" Geragos told ESPN. "Besides the Panthers, it would not surprise me if (Patriots owner) Bob Kraft makes a move."

"I am going to make a bold prediction -- although I have been wrong once before on this -- one of three teams picks him up," Geragos, whose past clients have included pop icon Michael Jackson and musician Chris Brown, said during another interview, with CNN.

Kaepernick filed his grievance in October 2017 under the NFL's collective bargaining agreement, alleging collusion against signing him to a league contract.&nbsp;

Kaepernick remains unsigned, having not been with an NFL team since severing his contract with the 49ers in March 2017.&nbsp;

The settlement the sides reached includes a confidentiality agreement that prevents them from disclosing details.
