<p>The 'Born To Run'&nbsp;singer was also cited on November 14, 2020 for reckless driving and consuming alcohol in a closed area, in New Jersey's Gateway National Recreation Area.</p>

<p>"Springsteen was cooperative throughout the process," a National Park Service spokesperson said.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The 71-year-old rock icon will make a court appearance by teleconference "probably toward the end of this month," according to the New Jersey US Attorney's Office.</p>

<p>Following the revelation, carmaker Jeep pulled a two-minute commercial featuring Springsteen, which debuted on Sunday during the Super Bowl.</p>

<p>In the ad, Springsteen is seen in the US Midwest promising "hope on the road up ahead" while calling on Americans to overcome their divisions, one of the many ads featuring such a message during the game.</p>

<p>"It would be inappropriate for us to comment on the details of a matter we have only read about and we cannot substantiate," a Jeep spokeswoman said in a statement to CNBC. "But it's also right that we pause our Big Game commercial until the actual facts can be established."</p>

<p>Springsteen did not immediately comment on the matter and the ad was still on his Twitter account as of Wednesday night.</p>

<p>Bruce Springsteen has always been vocal about his dislike for US President Donald Trump. The legendary rockstar recently spoke to the Australian press and candidly said if the upcoming Presidential elections favour trump, he may not stay in America anymore.<br />

When first asked whether he'd ever consider a move to Australia, Springsteen said, "I would consider that," during a virtual meet.<br />

"I love Australia," he continued. "Every time, we have nothing but good times down there. It’s always a treat to come. Love the people, love the geography, great place for motorcycle trips, it’s close to our hearts."<br />

"If Trump is re-elected – which he will not be; I’m predicting right now he’s gonna lose – if by some happenstance he should be, I’ll see you on the next plane," Springsteen further added.<br />

The singer revealed that he wrote a few of his new songs on a guitar gifted to him by a "young man" after a performance on Broadway.</p>

<p>"I looked at it and I could tell right away that it was beautifully made so I brought it home … and it played beautifully, it sounded gorgeous … and it had a variety of different types of wood, it was a real piece of craftsmanship," he said. "So I left it in my living room. When I started to feel the urge to write, I just picked it up because it was such an easy play." The songs came pouring out of the guitar he added.</p>

<p>The singer, who has had an illustrious career, admits that even after all these years he finds it diffiicult to write songs.<br />
"Songwriting is generally a terrifying and incredibly fulfilling experience," he said. "It’s terrifying because you never know if you are ever going to do it again because it’s a magic trick."</p>

<p>The rocker added, "How it happens, I don’t know. I’ve done it for 50 years (and) I don’t know how a song takes place and I don’t know anyone who’s ever been able to explain it because you pull something from nothing and you create something physical from it."</p>

<p>It is effectively the 70-year-old icon's replacement for a tour to promote his latest solo effort.</p>

<p>Springsteen plays his full 'Western Stars'&nbsp;13-track album in the film -- it hearkens back to the 1970s-era golden age of the Laurel Canyon music scene -- with backing from band members including his wife Patti Scialfa as well as a 30-piece orchestra.</p>

<p>The recorded live performance, filmed in a barn on Springsteen's property in New Jersey, features sweeping crescendos of strings that project a luxurious warmth -- the aural equivalent of slipping into a hot tub in the middle of the desert at dusk. <p>The nation&#39;s highest civilian honor is &quot;a tribute to the idea that all of us, no matter where we come from, have the opportunity to change this country for the better,&quot; said US President Barack Obama in an announcement.</p>

<p>&quot;From scientists, philanthropists and public servants to activists, athletes, and artists, these 21 individuals have helped push America forward, inspiring millions of people around the world along the way,&quot; Obama said.</p>

<p>The list loaded with entertainers and celebrities also includes comedian and talk-show host Ellen DeGeneres, actors Tom Hanks and Robert Redford, stage performer Cicely Tyson and cultural icon Diana Ross, known for her more than half-a-century career in music, film, television, theater and fashion.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Lorne Michaels, a screenwriter and producer best known for creating the sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live is also a recipient.</p>

<p>Broadcaster Vin Scully, who was the voice of the Brooklyn and Los Angeles Dodgers baseball teams for 67 years, will receive the top award, along with basketball great Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, the National Basketball Association&#39;s all-time leading scorer and an ardent social justice advocate.</p>
