The accused were found residing in Patwari mosque in Kairana town in Shamli district since April 23.

In another similar case, police registered a case against 10 Tablighi Jamaat members for residing in a mosque without giving prior information at Shernagar village under New Mandi police station in Muzaffarnagar district.

Police said a case was registered on Wednesday against the 10 Jamaat members under IPC Section 188 and Section 3 of the Epidemic Diseases Act in this connection.

Among the 10 people, one member tested positive for the virus and Shernagar village was declared a hotspot by authorities.

The Jamaat members residing in Shernagar village had apparently come from Delhi's Nizamuddin on March 23.

During his interaction with the journalists, Bajwa said the working plan of both the routes from Khunjrab to Gwadar has been completed and the remaining link routes will be added into the plan in the next few months.

"The second phase of this multibillion-dollar project is crucial for the development of the country and construction work will soon be started," said Bajwa, who is also the Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information.

Gwadar's development projects have been included in the second phase.

Describing the projects in the second phase of the CPEC, Bajwa said, "Special emphasis is on agriculture, industries, trade, and science and technology sectors."

He said the highest priority was to make functional the economic zones in four provinces: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan.

Bajwa served as the head of the army's media wing when General Raheel Sharif was the army chief. He was appointed as head of the CPEC Authority last year and given additional portfolio of Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information last month to help improve government ties with media.

South Korean battery maker LG Chemical Ltd, the owner of the facility, located around 14 kilometers away from Visakhapatnam city, said the gas leak had been brought under control.

The countries have ''breached&nbsp;their obligations under the international Convention on the Rights of Child, by promoting fossil fuels and failing to curb greenhouse gas emissions for decades, despite knowing about the risks of climate change,'' the group said in a press release.

Brazil, France and Germany&nbsp;replied to the petition response and&nbsp;said that the UN cannot hear complaint against ''five countries of flouting child rights to clean air.''

With the filing, Thunberg and her fellow activists are escalating a confrontation with the five countries that stemmed from a lawsuit they formally filed to the UN Convention back in September 2019.

The group focused on these countries, as they are the biggest climate polluters of the 45 nations that have adopted an optional protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

The 2019 complaint alleges that the countries knew about the negative impact on the environment of their carbon emissions and did nothing to prevent it.The lawsuit joins a growing number of attempts to bring climate cases to court, alleging that government or businesses have flouted the law or failed in their international obligations.

One of the most successful has been in the&nbsp;Netherlands, in the Urgenda case, in which judges found the government must change its policies to tackle emissions and the climate crisis.
