I was able to recognise a lot of the aeroplane tails, and my mother helped me compile them in PowerPoint slides so I could identify them (very quickly),''&nbsp;Gumber told Gulf News.</p>

<p>His mother Monisha said that her son has always been interested in signs, symbols and logos.</p>

<p>''He has an exceptional picture memory and usually never forgets an image once he has seen it. He does have a variety of interests and likes to know about things into detail, just like aeroplanes. Although he loves country flags, we focused on aeroplane tails for the Guinness record because they too are unique,''&nbsp;she said.</p>

<p>He took about 1.5 seconds per airline tail, she added.</p>

<p>In recent years the authorities have urged Floridians to cull as many of the illegal immigrants as they can, with iguanas slipping over the Mexican border and in from the Caribbean in vast numbers.</p>

<p>Frost can't kill them, however, and some misguided locals have been known to cover fallen lizards in towels to warm them up or even take them home -- a big no-no for experts.</p>

<p>Separately on Thursday, England's Test and Trace service said it had recorded a 58&nbsp;per cent&nbsp;week-on-week increase in the number of positive COVID-19 cases detected.</p>

<p>It said during the week Dec. 10-16, 139,332 positive cases were transferred to its contact tracers, 88.1&nbsp;per cent&nbsp;of whom were reached and told to self-isolate, a slight rise on 87.5&nbsp;per cent&nbsp;recorded in the previous week.</p>

<p>The proportion of the contacts of positive cases reached remained consistent at 92.6 per cent, it said.</p>

<p>In response to the growing number of coronavirus cases, Britain ordered a series of coronavirus restrictions across the affected areas.&nbsp;</p>

<p>UK Health Secretary Matt Hancock on Wednesday announced the expansion of strict lockdown measures across further parts of the south of England to contain the spread of the disease. &nbsp;</p>

<p>"We are negotiating with Bangladesh," said a spokesman for NAFED (the National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India Ltd). "NAFED is in a position to supply up to 500,000 tonnes rice to Bangladesh."</p>

<p>A senior official with Bangladesh's food ministry said they could buy 100,000 tonnes of parboiled rice and 50,000 tonnes of white rice under a government-to-government deal.</p>

<p>India could sell parboiled rice at around $407 and white rice at around $417 per tonne on a cost, insurance and freight (CIF) liner out basis, an Indian government source said. The rates are about a third cheaper than those from Thailand and Vietnam.</p>

<p>The entire shipment is likely to be made in the first quarter of next year from the Haldia port in India's eastern state of West Bengal, which borders Bangladesh, the Indian government official added.</p>

<p>Both the Indian and Bangladeshi government officials declined to be named as details are still being worked out.</p>

<p>Representatives for the trade and food ministries of India and Bangladesh did not immediately respond to requests for comment.</p>

<p>Nemo says in the video, "Mistreatment will be more heavily punished. Because your pet is part of your family. He is counting on you."</p>
