5 Powerful Herbs for Blood Purification and Detoxification

Burdock root is known for its ability to detoxify the blood by promoting the elimination of toxins through the urinary tract.

Dandelion helps support liver function, which in turn aids in the detoxification process. It acts as a diuretic, helping the kidneys filter out impurities.

Red clover is believed to have blood-thinning and detoxifying effects. It contains isoflavones, which can support the body's natural detoxification pathways.

Neem has antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral properties, making it a powerful herb for blood purification. It helps remove toxins and supports the immune system.

Milk thistle is renowned for its ability to support liver health, which is crucial for blood detoxification. The active compound, silymarin, helps protect liver cells and promotes regeneration.

The US military finished setting up a floating pier for the Gaza Strip to start bringing in much-needed humanitarian aid on Thursday (May 16). This comes after over seven months of intense fighting in the Israel-Hamas war.

The pier was built following President Joe Biden's order over two months ago to help Palestinians who are starving due to lack of food and supplies. The situation worsened when Israel recently took control of the Rafah border crossing.
