<p>In a court plea, Indian rapper and music producer Yo Yo Honey Singh's wife has&nbsp;accused him of having regular casual sex with multiple women while he was travelling, and never disclosing to the public that he was married to her, to further his sexual intents and illicit relationships.</p>

<p>On Tuesday, Shalini Talwar filed a case of domestic violence against the artist whose real name is Hirdesh Singh,&nbsp;at the Tis Hazari court in New Delhi.&nbsp;</p>

The plea, filed under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, alleged that Singh had become “extremely arrogant, abusive, harsh and uncaring” to the woman following their marriage in 2011.</p>

<p><br />
In her 118-page complaint, Talwar has accused Honey Singh of engaging in extra-marital sex with multiple women. She has also provided details of the physical, verbal and emotional abuse that she had allegedly been subjected to by the rapper and his family.</p>

<p>Shalini Talwar, in her complaint, accused the Indian rapper of locking her up for over 18 hours without&nbsp; food and forced her to quit her job. "The respondent (Singh) broke the applicant as an individual, mentally and emotionally. The applicant, due to the continuous cruelty imposed on her, almost started identifying herself as a farm animal, shepherded from here to there while being treated cruelly," read the plea.</p>

<p>The complaint states that he “began having frequent casual sex with multiple women” while he was travelling and “to further his sexual intents and illicit relationships, never disclosed to the public ... that he was married”.&nbsp;</p>

The complainant accused&nbsp;Yo Yo Honey Singh of trying to conceal his proclivities from the time they got married at a Delhi Gurudwara back in 2011.&nbsp;</p>

On Tuesday, Shalini Talwar filed a case of domestic violence against the artist whose real name is Hirdesh Singh, at the Tis Hazari court in New Delhi. The plea, filed under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, alleged that Singh had become “extremely arrogant, abusive, harsh and uncaring” to the woman following their marriage in 2011. In her 118-page complaint, Talwar has accused Honey Singh of engaging in extra-marital sex with multiple women. She has also provided details of the physical, verbal and emotional abuse that she had allegedly been subjected to by the rapper and his family. Shalini Talwar, in her complaint, accused the Indian rapper of locking her up for over 18 hours without food and forced her to quit her job. "The respondent (Singh) broke the applicant as an individual, mentally and emotionally. The applicant, due to the continuous cruelty imposed on her, almost started identifying herself as a farm animal, shepherded from here to there while being treated cruelly," read the plea. The complaint states that he “began having frequent casual sex with multiple women” while he was travelling and “to further his sexual intents and illicit relationships, never disclosed to the public ... that he was married”. ‘I have not been kidnapped!’: Seth Rogen refutes ‘funny’ death speculations

<p>Nobel Prize winner Bob Dylan does not have to hand over a portion of his $300 million sale of his entire song catalog to Universal Music, a New York judge reportedly ruled on Friday.&nbsp;</p>

The judge reportedly rejected a complaint from the estate of Jacques Levy, who collaborated with Dylan on his 1976 album ‘Desire’.</p>

Levy’s widow targeted at least $7.25 million from the sale of 10 songs, including ‘Hurricane’ but Dylan argued that the songs were written under a work-for-hire arrangement that only entitled him to royalties, specifically 35 percent of the licensing proceeds for the songs.</p>

New York Supreme Court Justice Barry Ostrager is with Dylan on this.</p>

“For the reasons explained here, the Court determines that the plain meaning of the 1975 Agreement is that the Dylan Defendants owned all copyrights to the Compositions, as well as the absolute right to sell the Compositions and all associated rights, subject only to plaintiffs’ right to receive the compensation specified in the 1975 Agreement, which does not include any portion of the proceeds from Dylan’s sale of his own rights to the Universal Defendants,” the judge reportedly wrote.</p>

Barry Ostrager pays attention to how Levy attempted to establish joint authorship in the compositions, including witnesses to the relationship between the songwriters and affidavits from experts, but ultimately the judge sees the contract as unambiguous and precluding such a claim.</p>

The judge also rejects the claim that Levy’s estate is a third-party beneficiary of the Universal agreement.</p>
