Detectives are looking for 26-year-old Kyle Clifford, who they say could be armed and dangerous, after the triple murder.

The three women, who were reportedly relatives, were found severely injured on Tuesday evening by police who were called to a property in Bushey. They died at the scene.

Crime against women rising in UK

According to a report in The Independent in March this year, at least 350 women were killed by men since the murder of Sarah Everard, which had led to a national outcry on crimes against women.

Health officials in the US state of Colorado have reported a case of human plague, a once-prevalent disease that's considered rare now.

The Colorado case was confirmed over the weekend in Pueblo County, some 100 miles (161&nbsp;kilometres) from the state capital Denver.

<h2>Not the first case in the US</h2>

Southwestern US has been the origin of most bubonic plague cases in recent years. Main states where cases were reported include Nex Mexico, Arizona and Colorado. Oregon, Nevada and California states have also reported cases.&nbsp;

Every year, some seven cases of bubonic plague are reported on average, according to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

A man died from the plague in New Mexico in March this year. A case was reported in February from Oregon, possibly from an infected pet cat.

Also known as black death, the bubonic plague was responsible for some of the biggest pandemics in past centuries. During the Middle Ages, the plague is estimated to have killed at least 50 million people, mainly in Europe and Asia.

Bubonic plague causes swelling in lymph nodes. The swellings can grow big in the neck, armpit, or crotch areas. These lymph node swellings are known as buboes, from which the disease gets its name.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Tuesday (July 9) urged US leaders in Washington to move forcefully in supporting Ukraine against Russia's invasion, rather than waiting for the result of the November presidential election.&nbsp;

Speaking at the Ronald Reagan Institute on the eve of the NATO summit, Zelensky said that the whole world was waiting for the elections, but that it was time "to make strong decisions".

"Everyone is waiting for November. Americans are waiting for November, in Europe, Middle East, in the Pacific, the whole world is looking towards November and, truly speaking, (Russian President Vladimir) Putin awaits November too," he said, as quoted by Reuters.

"It is time to step out of the shadows, to make strong decisions … to act and not to wait for November or any other month," Zelensky asserted.

Zelensky said he cannot predict what Donald Trump, the presumptive Republican nominee, will do if he wins the 2024 US Elections.&nbsp;

However, he expressed a hope that Trump would not withdraw from the NATO alliance and that America would continue supporting his nation.&nbsp;

Zelensky expressed the hope despite Trump's frequent criticism of the $60 billion US military aid to Ukraine and his past comments calling Zelensky "the greatest salesman ever".

Russia targeted children's hospital in Kyiv

Modi's comments came as Russian strikes devastated a Ukrainian children's hospital on Monday, the same day he landed in Moscow. The attack on Kyiv’s Okhmatdyt hospital left at least two killed and 16 others injured. The assault prompted the evacuation of at least 600 people from the site.

While another attack in the capital Kyiv left at least 29 people dead. Ukraine’s State Emergency Service reported that four children were among the dead after a boy’s body was found under the rubble.

Police were called to the scene after tips of a possible fire hazard around midday. One person was killed in the explosion. According to police, two officers accompanied by two employees at the facility, entered the building and they soon perceived the smell of gasoline. "There was a sudden explosion in the building. The facility was set fully on fire as a result of this. Several people were injured, some of them seriously," the police said in a statement. Victim is yet to be identified The police found the lifeless body inside the building. The victim, a woman, was yet to be identified. Meanwhile, the injured were either tended to on-site or sent to medical facilities, depending on their needs, the police added. The police further said that all available fire crews, rescue teams and police were deployed to the site, and people were asked to avoid the area. Investigation to be launched The fire at the building was doused and the rescue work was complete, the DW report said. A total of 20 people were injured in the explosion and one of them was severely wounded, the police said. Police said that "detailed evidence-gathering and investigations into the cause of the fire" would start as soon as possible.

	<li>Macron resigns: This is another highly unlikely scenario where Macron takes responsibility for the mess and stands down.</li>
