Since the beginning of the Russian&nbsp;invasion of Ukraine, the Ukrainian government has gone through numerous personnel changes, including the replacement of the defence minister, the commander in chief of the armed forces, and the leaders of foreign and domestic intelligence services and the national security office.&nbsp;

The reshuffling comes amid ongoing violent attacks by Russia on Ukraine.

Earlier on Wednesday, Russian strikes in Ukraine's Lviv killed seven people, including three children.&nbsp;

The body of the beluga "spy" whale was transported to a local branch of the Norwegian Veterinary Institute for autopsy and the reports are expected in three weeks, a spokesperson for the institute said.

Regina Crosby Haug, the head of One Whale, told AFP that she had seen Hvaldimir’s body. “He had multiple bullet wounds around his body," she stated.

Following its discovery, the whale had become a celebrity in Norway and One Whale was founded to track the beluga.&nbsp;

Meanwhile, Noah's director, Siri Martinsen, reiterated the claim that the whale was shot. “The injuries on the whale are alarming and of a nature that cannot rule out a criminal act – it is shocking,” she said.

“Given the suspicion of a criminal act, it is crucial that the police are involved quickly,” Martinsen added.

Marine Mind, another organisation that tracked the whale's movements, said it found Hvaldimir’s body floating in the water on Saturday. However, it isn't clear what killed the beluga.

The mother of the two boys is former Olympic rhythmic gymnast Alina Kabaeva whose relationship with Putin has been known in Russia, claimed the Dossier Centre.

In their statement, the Navy stressed that it “holds commanding officers to the highest standards and holds them accountable when those standards are not met.”

In April, the US Navy shared a photo on its official Instagram account showing Cameron Yaste in a firing position, but with the rifle scope mounted backwards. The post quickly gained traction online, prompting the Marine Corps to take a dig at the Navy by sharing a photo on their own Instagram page. The picture showed Yaste&nbsp;using a properly mounted rifle scope, along with the caption, "Clear Sight Picture."
