Model Maya Willow Sias further alleged that her boyfriend cum surgeon tried to hide her black eye by injecting filler into her without any anaesthetic, claimed an explosive new lawsuit.

As per the $10 million suit, the 40-year-old Mahmoud once beat her so badly that her eye socket got shattered.&nbsp;

Sias claimed that she was injected fillers around her still-swollen eye at Mahmoud's Alinea Medical Spa without any anaesthetic which was a torturous procedure.

“He stabbed me in the face with a needle, I could feel the needle scratching against the bone,” Sias said while speaking to The New York Post in an exclusive interview.

All the bruises and other injuries that Sias had were documented by her and the photos were added to the 16-page civil complaint.

“There is no ‘she said’ here. He literally made her into a sex slave," said her attorney Larry Hutcher, a partner at Davidoff Hutcher &amp; Citron LLP, while speaking to The New York Post.

She said that, in April 2023, Mahmoud even made an attempt to involve her in a threesome with him and his then-girlfriend.

“Almost nightly, Dr. Mahmoud would abuse drugs and alcohol, and force himself upon Willow at all hours of the night, irrespective of whether Willow consented to the sexual acts, or was even conscious,” stated the lawsuit.

On June 7, 2023, Sias found Mahmoud partying with three prostitutes in the middle of the night and when she confronted him, he violently beat her.

According to MMT, the driver experienced a medical emergency while driving the bus and fell from his seat. Two men on board became concerned. One of the men could be seen approaching the driver and asking, “You alright?”

The second man rushed to the aid from the back of the bus&nbsp;and said, “You gotta get on the brake.” He managed to safely stop the vehicle near Academy Boulevard and Astrozon Boulevard and told MMT dispatch that the driver was having a seizure.

Elaine Sheridan, who works with MMT, praised the two men for their quick-thinking in that situation.&nbsp;

The first responders were quick to arrive at the scene, however, the driver passed away despite their efforts. The driver was identified as TJ Turner, 32, by the El Paso County Coroner's Office.

In a bizarre incident, a Milwaukee man was accused of biting off the fingertip of&nbsp;a person in 2023.

Nathan Landsee pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct and battery charges on October 21 and has been found guilty for both counts, according to reports.

According to the court documents, the incident happened at a wedding at The Club at Lac La Belle in the town of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Officers were dispatched to the venue after a complaint that “someone had their fingertip bitten off”, Fox6 reported.

At the scene of the incident, officers said Landsee “was sitting on a couch with blood on his sleeve, which did not appear to be from him. There was also blood on the floor between the foyer and the ballroom…There were several people remaining inside of the venue who appeared to have been disturbed by this incident, including some who were crying.”

A witness told the investigators that two incidents happened, the “original incident that occurred was when the defendant had inappropriately touched another guest,” the complaint says. When nearby guests got upset by this, the “defendant began to yell and became very agitated.”

The defendant was moved aside to a room away from the main ballroom. “The bride and groom at the venue were trying to calm the defendant down, which led to the second incident,” the complaint said. After a short time, “the defendant began yelling loudly and was disorderly again.”

Another witness who entered the room said that it “reached a point where they needed to ask the defendant to leave.” After this, the defendant became even more agitated and continued to be loud.

The first witness said he was told to leave within five minutes,&nbsp;otherwise, they would call the police. A scuffle broke out and when three others had to pin the defendant to the ground, “the defendant bit off the tip of someone's finger.”

A police sergeant said, “The victim's injuries were significant. It appeared that approximately a half-inch of the finger had been bitten off.”

The defendant was cooperative with the police and appeared “highly intoxicated”.

Landsee told police that “he did not know what happened, but that everyone was grabbing him and someone put their hand inside of his mouth, so he bit down.”&nbsp;

A sentencing and restitution hearing is scheduled for December 13, this year.
