Doctors and medical workers in Myanmar have urged for help as they believe the military personnel specifically target civilians to lure the doctors into their trap. Meanwhile, Canada's prime minister, Justin Trudeau, has warned Canada against climate change.

Doctors have also revealed that the military used to shoot at passing-by ambulances, raid hospitals, medical centres and violently attack medical personnel.

"While we are fighting to end the pandemic... we must prepare for what comes after," he said during his speech.

The miners were trapped in the Fengyuan coal mine in the Hutubi County on Saturday evening. They were carrying out upgrading works at the site.
