Rate of execution increases in Iran: Execution carried out to instill fear?
A Norway-based NGO Iran human rights said in its report that from January 1st to June 30th this year, 251 people were hanged in Iran as compared with 117 in the first half of 2021. UN has raise its concern over executions in Iran.
