On the left, North Korea, and on the right, South Korea: beauty Youtuber Kang Na-ra puts foundations, lipsticks and mascaras from the two countries on her face for a side-by-side comparison. The 21-year-old defected to South Korea from the North in 2014 and is now a beauty YouTuber in Seoul. She said while the South Korean products still triumph, those from North Korea were better than expected.
