Canada braces for more wildfires; oil companies reduce staff members on duty

Rain and cooler weather have halted the advance of a huge wildfire that threatening the Canadian city of fort McMurray, located in a major oil-producing region. While there is no immediate threat to oil sands mines, production of more than 2 million barrels per day could be in jeopardy if the situation gets any worse.
