Bolivia's maestro Ernesto Cavour is making waves in the Andean nation with his unique musical inventions. He's also invented completely new instruments with names such as the "Arpinola", a small wooden box with strings and tuners that produce a distinctive sound reminiscent of the requinto guitar.
