Balloon over Latin America is Chinese

The U.S-China tiff over the alleged 'spy' balloon over the Americas gets uglier. In the latest, Beijing has confirmed that a balloon spotted flying over Latin America is Chinese. They called it a research balloon that had strayed from its designated path. This comes after U.S. shot another balloon, as it claimed it was an unmanned spy craft.
