US President Joe Biden's updated Oval Office includes nods to leaders in civil rights and labour, his Catholic faith and space exploration.

One of the highlights of the presidential inauguration in the United States is the inaugural ball in which traditionally the presidents after their swearing-in dance. But amid the threat of violence this year and the coronavirus pandemic that has killed over 4 million Americans, this event did not take place.
