The two nods are in categories – Best K-Pop and Best Collaboration. As for BLACKPINK’s Lisa, she has earned four different nominations for her latest solo song “ROCKSTAR”. She was nominated in Best Choreography, Best Editing, Best K-Pop and Best Art Direction categories.</p>

<p>Taylor Swift grabbed the maximum number of nominations for her music video for the song “Fortnight”. With that, she had picked nods in Artist of the Year and Best Pop categories. She’s followed closely by Post Malone who is nominated in eight categories and has earned his ninth nomination for his song “I Had Some Help” featuring Morgan Wallen.</p>

Lorde no longer to perform at MTV VMAs 2021

<p>With the return of a physical format of the award shows, the MTV VMAs announced their host for this year and it’s none other than Doja Cat.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The ‘Kiss Me More’ singer had previously performed to songs like ‘Say So’ and ‘Like That’ at the 2020 VMAs and had earned the first award for PUSH Best New Artist.&nbsp;</p>

<p>It is suggested that Doja will also take to the stage along with hosting duties. She is also nominated for five awards including the coveted Video of the Year and Artist of the Year awards.</p>

Singer Doja Cat to host MTV's 2021 VMAs

<p>Lady Gaga has been roped to perform at the 2020 MTV Video Music Awards.</p>

<p>Gaga took to her Instagram to make the announcement. At the awards, her newly released album ‘Chromatica’ will see its world TV premiere.&nbsp;</p>

<p>This will also mark Gaga’s return to the VMAs stage since 2013.&nbsp;</p>

<p>As for the nominations, Ariana Grande and Lady Gaga lead with nine nods each -- followed by Billie Eilish and The Weeknd with six each.&nbsp;</p>
