<p>The actor continued, "I am going everywhere with full security. I know whatever is going to happen will happen no matter what you do. I believe that (points towards god) that he is there. But, still it&nbsp;is not that I will start roaming freely, it is not like that. Now there are so many Sheras (Salman Khan's bodyguards) around me, so many guns are going around with me that I am myself scared sometimes these days."</p>

<p>A few days ago, a minor was arrested by Mumbai Police for allegedly threatening to kill Salman over a phone call. Mumbai Police said that a threat call was made to the Mumbai Police control room on April 10. The caller, who identified himself as Rockey Bhai from Jodhpur in Rajasthan, said he was a Gau Rakshak (cow vigilante). The caller threatened to "eliminate" Salman Khan on April 30.</p>

<p>"As of now, we don't think the call should be taken seriously. But we are probing why the minor behaved in such a way," an officer told media.</p>

<p>On March 26, one person identified as Dhakad Ram, a resident of Luni in Rajasthan's Jodhpur district, was arrested for sending a threat mail to Salman. He was apprehended and taken into custody. A case was registered at Bandra police station. The accused, in his mail, alleged that the superstar will meet the same fate as slain Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala.</p>

Salman Khan breaks silence on getting death threats: Security is better than insecurity

<p>On Saturday, the Director General of Police of Punjab Gaurav Yadav revealed that Bollywood actor Salman Khan was on the target list of jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi's gang, known as the Bishnoi gang. He is the same gangster who orchestrated the killing of&nbsp;Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala.</p>

<p>Punjab DGP also shared that Santosh Jadhav, who was arrested in Maharashtra in the Punjabi singer's murder case, and Sachin Thapan, who was detained in Azerbaijan, were also part of the module that was targeting Salman Khan.</p>

<p>For those unaware, Salman and his father Salim Khan had received a death threat letter, days after Moosewala's murder in Punjab's Mansa district on May 29.</p>

<p>"They had done an elaborate recce and they spent a lot of time in Mumbai. We will verify this angle in the investigation," Yadav said, adding that "the disclosures on targeting Salman Khan were preliminary and yet to be corroborated. We can even send a team to Mumbai."</p>

<p>Pandit, during interrogation, revealed that earlier also, he had carried out recce several times with intention to kill Moosewala at the behest of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang to avenge the killing of youth Akali leader Vicky Middukhera's murder, the DGP added.</p>

<p>Pandit got parole to attend the last rites of his mother and has been absconding since then for the murder of a person in his native Bewad village in Rajasthan's Churu district.</p>

<p>The DGP said concerted efforts are being made to arrest the gangsters who had escaped overseas. As a result, gangster Thapan has been detained in Azerbaijan, and soon he will be extradited to India.</p>

<p>The police have submitted a challan against 24 accused in this case, he added.</p>

<p>Punjab Police on Saturday arrested the sixth and last shooter -- Deepak Mundi -- in the Moosewala murder case along with his two aides Kapil Pandit and Rajinder Joker from the Indo-Nepal border in West Bengal when they were attempting to escape to Nepal.</p>

<p>The operation was carried out jointly by the Punjab Police`s Anti-Gangster Task Force (AGTF) along with Delhi Police and central agencies.</p>

<p>Pandit and Joker provided logistical support, including weapons and hideouts to the accused.</p>

<p>A team of AGTF led by AIG Gurmeet Chauhan and DSP Bikram Brar brought Mundi and his two aides to Punjab by air on Saturday night.</p>

<p>With these three arrests, the total number of arrests in the Moosewala murder case rose to 23, and two shooters identified as Manpreet Singh alias Manu Kussa and Jagroop Singh alias Roopa were neutralized during an encounter in Bhakna village of Amritsar.</p>

<p>Other shooters, who were arrested earlier, have been identified as Priyavrat Fauji, Kashish, and Ankit Sersa.</p>

<p>Meanwhile, the police procured six days custody of the three accused after producing them before a Mansa court on Sunday.</p>

<p>Bollywood actor Salman Khan reached Mumbai Police Commissioner Vivek Phansalkar's office in south Mumbai on Friday. At around 4 pm, he&nbsp;reached the Mumbai police headquarters, located opposite Crawford Market, and met Phansalkar.</p>

<p>An official confirmed the news of Salman's visit to the headquarters, however, they called it a&nbsp;courtesy visit and said that it had nothing to do with any case. However, some sources have suggested that the visit was regarding the death threats that he and his father received around the time of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala's death in May.&nbsp;</p>

<p>According to a report by News18, the Bollywood actor had submitted a written application to the Police seeking a weapon license for his own protection after getting death threat letters. And, according to the publication, his recent visit to the headquarters was in the context of the license.</p>

<p>The 'Dabangg' actor&nbsp;also met the Joint Commissioner of Police (Law and Order) Vishwas Nangre Patil there, as per reports.</p>

<p>Last month, Salman and his father Salim Khan received a letter threatening the father-son duo that they would meet the fate of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala soon. After the letter was reported to the police, his security got enhanced.</p>
