<p>Lei Muzi performed her two-hour-long solo in the presence of Bharatanatyam dancer Leela Samson and chief guest Shruti Rawat, the wife of Indian Ambassador Pradeep Rawat, among other Indian delegates. She was applauded by a large audience of fans in which she danced to several classical songs.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Arangetram, as it is called in Tamil, refers to the graduation ceremony of pupils of the ancient dance form, where they perform in the presence of teachers, masters, and the public. Only after this ceremony, the students can perform on their own or teach aspiring dancers.</p>

<p>T S Vivekanand, the first secretary of the Indian Embassy in charge of culture, told news agency PTI that the ceremony was properly conducted as per the traditional way.</p>

<p>"This is the first-ever Arangetram by a student fully trained in China and performed in China," he said as he attended the event.</p>

<p>"Lei's Arangetram is the first time that Chinese students trained by a Chinese teacher have completed in China, which is a landmark in the history of Bharatanatyam inheritance," stated Jin Shan Shan, the Chinese Bharatanatyam dancer who trained Lei.</p>

<p>Apart from Leela Sampson, several musicians from the Indian city of&nbsp;Chennai accompanied Lei's performance as they sang classical numbers. She will soon perform in Chennai by the end of this month.</p>

<p>Lei has been trained for more than 10 years by Jin, who was the first dancer to perform her Arangetram in 1999 in New Delhi after receiving training from notable Chinese dancer Zhang Jun. Jin has performed numerous times and is a well-known artist in China and India.</p>

<p>"I completely fell in love with it. I kept dancing till now. For me, Bharatanatyam is not only a beautiful art and dance form but also the embodiment of Indian culture," Lei&nbsp;told PTI.</p>

<p>"Bharatanatyam has brought us close together. For ten years, Lei has come to my home every weekend to attend classes, which not only let me witness her growth but also made us family," she said.</p>

<p>"It reminds me of how my guru, Leela Samson, taught me when I did my Arangetram," Lei&nbsp;said. She further added that Sunday's Arangetram is a celebration for them.</p>

The findings added that she was fired from IAG on February 20 for missing deadlines and meetings, being absent and unaccountable, and failing to lodge a product disclosure statement which led to the industry regulator fining IAG.&nbsp;</p>

<h2><strong>Woman claims she was targeted</strong></h2>

<p>A month later, Cheikho claimed to the commission that her company had a "premeditated plan to remove her from the business and that she was targeted due to her mental health issues."</p>

<p>However, the findings showed that the woman's dismissal did not come without warning. The 7News report said that Cheikho received a formal warning in November last year about her output, and she was put on a performance improvement plan.&nbsp;</p>

<h2><strong>A detailed review of cyber activity carried out</strong></h2>

<p>Cheikho was the subject of a detailed review of her cyber activity. The review took a look at how many times she pressed buttons on her keyboard on 49 working days from October to December last year.</p>

<p>The review found out that she started late on 47 days, did not work her rostered hours for 44 days, finished early on 29 days and performed zero hours of work on four days.</p>

<p>It also found on the days she did log on she had “very low keystroke activity” and recorded zero strokes over 117 hours in October, 143 hours in November, and 60 hours in December.</p>

<p>According to FWC President Thomas Roberts, the evidence showed the woman was not working as she was required to do during her designated working hours while being monitored.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"Being the world's top memory chip maker, top in TV and mobile OLED displays, and top in smartphone shipments,&nbsp;Samsung&nbsp;is highly sensitive to the economy, with profits easily linked to demand," said Greg Roh, head of research at Hyundai Motor Securities.</p>
