BJP MP Nishikant Dubey on Thursday (October 22) accused the LoP and senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi of having connections with anti-national forces and "playing with people's emotions" by involving them to incite protests. He also launched a scathing attack on Gandhi over his reported trip to Vietnam, accusing him of invoking people to protest before travelling abroad. Addressing a press conference on Thursday, Dubey stated that Rahul Gandhi travelled across the world at least 270 times in the past 10 years. “He has been meeting American politicians... for their links with the Soros Foundation. So I want to ask him, under whose guidance he met such people.”

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet">#WATCH | Dumka, Jharkhand | BJP MP Nishikant Dubey says, &quot;For the past 10–15 days, it was felt as though there were no rules or laws in place in Delhi. The LoP went out for lunch or dinner, and then proceeded to stage a sit-in protest somewhere. It was seen that people—some of whom may have never hoisted the Tiranga in their lives—were arriving at these sites carrying the national flag. The manner in which the Tiranga was used suggested a complete lack of respect or regard for its dignity. In the last 10 years, LoP Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi travelled abroad 270 times. Now, after inciting the people and youth, Rahul Gandhi has now travelled to Vietnam. Why does he travel to Vietnam and abroad, and whom does he meet there? He regularly met Ilhan Omar and Ro Khanna in the US. Ilhan Omar is a public representative who went to Pakistan and said that Kashmir was a part of Pakistan. Now, the Trump administration is conducting raids on Ilhan Omar's family. "Was it Soros? Is Sam Pitroda also a major conspirator? Is Rahul Gandhi carrying out agitations here at the behest of these people?" he posed. 'Inciting protests, then fleeing for trip': BJP attacks Rahul, alleges links with anti-national forces

BJP MP Nishikant Dubey on Sunday (Oct 11) slammed SpaceX CEO Elon Musk over Starlink's proposed entry into India's satellite communications market. In a post on X, Dubey said the Parliamentary Committee had understood the challenges faced by the country's security agencies through Starlink, adding that the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Home Affairs and investigative agencies were concerned with the "threats" posed by such developments. In a reply to Elon Musk's tweet, Dubey wrote, "As the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee, our committee has understood the challenges facing the country's security agencies through @elonmusk's Starlink. The Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Home Affairs, and our investigation agencies are being affected by the dangerous games of these threats." Referring to the previous government, he wrote, "In 2013-14, the government of Manmohan Singh ji had informed @TRAI about these threats." Dubey further said India was a sovereign and democratic country that would not alter its security policy under pressure. "First, provide connections to the poor in your own country, America, at affordable rates, and then level accusations; India is a healthy democratic, sovereign nation; it does not change its security policy under pressure or social media," he added. “If our policy were driven by money, we would have rolled out the red-carpet welcome for you despite opposition from the security agencies. Don't you provide even more support to political parties from America to Britain?” he further added. ‘Not EC, but Muslim commissioner’: MP Nishikant Dubey now attacks ex-CEC Quraishi over Waqf Act criticism

India's premier investigative agency, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), will probe the charges&nbsp;in the cash-for-query scam levelled against Trinamool Congress (TMC) parliamentarian Mahua Moitra, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Nishikant Dubey said on Wednesday (Nov 8).

Moitra is currently under the lens of the Lok Sabha Ethics Committee after Dubey first raised the allegations.

"On the basis of my complaint, Lokpal has ordered a CBI probe into the Mahua Moitra's corruption that compromises national security," the BJP MP said on X in Hindi.

Dubey had approached the anti-corruption ombudsman Lokpal on October 21, accusing Moitra of accepting bribes for asking questions in parliament at the behest of businessman Darshan Hiranandani.

<h2>What is the cash-for-query scam?</h2>

Dubey had earlier claimed to have received a letter from a lawyer named Jai Anant Dehadrai stating that Moitra accepted "cash and gifts" from businessman Darshan Hiranandani in order to "ask questions in Parliament" to target his rival Adani Group and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

He said the letter reveals indisputable proof of bribes exchanged between Moitra and Darshan Hiranandani.

The BJP MP further alleged that Moitra shared her parliamentary login with the businessman, and in doing so, compromised national security.

Darshan Hiranandani later admitted to the login sharing in an explosive affidavit but did not mention the cash for query issue, claiming that he had given gifts to Moitra as she had demanded.

There are allegations that Moitra's login was used multiple times from Dubai, where Hiranandani currently resides. &nbsp;

The TMC leader had also accepted that she shared her login ID, but claimed that the protocols of sharing credentials were not shared with the MPs.

CBI to probe cash-for-query scam involving TMC MP Mahua Moitra, says BJP MP Nishikant Dubey

BJP MP Nishikant Dubey, who first raised the “gifts-for-query” allegations against TMC MP Mahua Moitra, on Thursday (Nov 1) said that the lady parliamentarian is trying to build a wrong narrative about the proceedings of the Lok Sabha Ethics Committee after the latter walked out of the panel citing "unprofessional line of questions".

Earlier in the day, opposition party members on the panel and Moitra stormed out alleging that members of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) asked “unethical and personal questions” to her.&nbsp;They also claimed that the line of questioning was “inappropriate”.

The opposition members also raised objections to “personal questions” being asked by the panel chairman and ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Vinod Sonkar, saying that&nbsp;they were “demeaning to the lady MP”.

Dubey brushed aside her allegations, saying that appropriate punishment would be meted out to Moitra.

"No power&nbsp;in the world can save Moitra" given the evidence submitted by him, advocate Jai Anant Dehadrai, businessman Darshan Hiranandani, the IT ministry, home ministry and the external affairs ministry in the matter, the BJP leader said, according to PTI news agency.

<h2>'No power in world can save Moitra'&nbsp;</h2>

Sonkar also rebuffed Moitra’s allegations claiming that she stormed out because she didn't want to face questions.

"The committee's motive was to probe into the allegations of unethical conduct by Mahua Moitra. Instead of cooperating, Mahua Moitra, in a fit of anger, used bad words against the panel and its chairperson.”

“The Opposition MPs, including Danish Ali, Girdhari Yadav etc, unethically and in great anger, levelled some allegations against the committee... They walked out of the panel's meeting to escape answering questions on Darshan Hiranandani's allegations," Vinod Sonkar told reporters.

<h2>'Most unethical hearing possible'</h2>

Speaking to PTI news agency, Moitra lambasted the ethics panel committee, terming it the "most unethical hearing possible".

“Five members of the Ethics committee walked out on Chairperson's behaviour. It was anything but an Ethics committee, it was the most unethical hearing possible. The chairperson was reading from a pre-written script which contained most disgusting, invasive and private details of my personal life which have nothing to do with the hearing," Moitra told PTI news agency.

'No power in world can save Mahua Moitra in cash for query scam', says BJP MP Nishikant Dubey

India's Lok Sabha witnessed quite an eventful day on Monday (August 7) as Congress leader Rahul Gandhi returned to the lower house of the parliament as his membership was restored.&nbsp;

On the same day, the House was also marred by chaos, with BJP leader Nishikant Dubey accusing the Congress of 'collaborating with anti-nationals&nbsp; and China', citing a report by The New York Times.&nbsp;

In a report titled, "A Global Web of Chinese Propaganda Leads to a US Tech Mogul", the NYT has claimed that the news portal was part of a global network that received funding from American millionaire Neville Roy Singham, who allegedly works closely with the Chinese government media machine. &nbsp;

The report mentioned, "In New Delhi, corporate filings show, Singham's network financed a news site, NewsClick, that sprinkled its coverage with Chinese government talking points. 'China's history continues to inspire the working classes,' one video said."

Dubey alleged that the article is basically exposing the "tukde tukde gang" and "some media" as they have connections to external forces that have links in anti-India activities.&nbsp;

The BJP leader accused Congress of taking money from China, with the aim of opposing the central government. He also alleged that Congress leaders met the Chinese in 2016 to oppose the Modi government.&nbsp;

India: BJP launches scathing attack on Congress, links the Opposition with Chinese funding scandal

BJP MP Nishikant Dubey on Monday raised <a href="http://www.wionews.com/india-news/sabarimala-violence-peaceful-sunday-in-kerala-over-5700-people-arrested-188589">the issue of violence in Kerala</a>, alleging that the ruling CPI(M) was practising "politics of murder" and many BJP workers were its victim.

Speaking during the Zero Hour in Lok Sabha, Dubey referred to the incident of a crude bomb thrown at the residence of BJP Rajya Sabha member V Muraleedharan and sought dismissal of the state government.

He also demanded a probe by a judicial commission.

The Left fears that the BJP would replace it to form government in the state like it did in Tripura, he said.

He alleged that the CPI(M) in Kerala was practising "politics of murder and goondaism" in the state.

Jithendra Reddy of the TRS batted for giving maximum autonomy to states, saying that Union laws presently have an overriding power over state laws on issues in the concurrent list of the Constitution.

The present rules go against "cooperative federalism", an issue Prime Minister Narendra Modi often speaks about, he said.

BJP's Chintamani Malviya said a Commission to look after the interests of poor people belonging to general castes should be set up.

It is necessary that these weaker sections get reservation, he said.
