<p>"I sit here today to express my deepest sorrows for the families of Hana, Tate, Madisyn, Justin, and to all those affected on November 30, 2021," Jennifer reportedly said in the court. "I will be in my own internal prison for the rest of my life," she added.</p>

<p>James said he can’t imagine “the pain and agony” that the victim families are experiencing.</p>

<p>"I want to say I can't imagine the pain and agony ... for the families that have lost their children and what they are experiencing and what they are going through. As a parent, our biggest fear is losing our child or our children, and to lose a child is unimaginable. My heart is really broken for everybody involved," James said.</p>

<p>The Michigan lawsuit was filed earlier in September this year by liberal-leaning Free Speech For People.</p>

<p>"The court's decision is disappointing but we will continue, at a later stage, to seek to uphold this critical constitutional provision designed to protect our republic," election lawyer Mark Brewer, who joined the group in the lawsuit, said in a statement.</p>

<p>"Trump led a rebellion and insurrection against the Constitution when he tried to overturn the 2020 presidential election and he is disqualified from ever seeking or holding public office again."</p>

<p>Justice Elizabeth Welch, who is out of the four Democratic-nominated justices on the seven-member panel, acknowledged the Colorado decision.</p>

<p>However, Welch said that the state's election law varied from Michigan's "in a material way" in requiring candidates to be "qualified" to run.</p>

<p>"The appellants have identified no analogous provision in the Michigan Election Law that requires someone seeking the office of President of the United States to attest to their legal qualification to hold the office," Welch said.</p>

<p>In terms of biology, invasive species are an introduced species to an environment that become overpopulated and harm its new environment. They are also sometimes called alien species. These species adversely affect habitats and bioregions, causing ecological and environmental damage.</p>

<p>Hydrilla is also an invasive species that has several ways of reproducing, allowing it to spread rapidly, and often outperforming native plants. They can quickly damage single-species infestations and even their small fragments develop into new plants. Hence, it becomes very easy for hydrilla to disperse through water or attach to ornamental plants sold for water gardens.</p>

<p>A shooting that erupted in the parking lot of a Michigan shopping centre, injured&nbsp;at least five people,&nbsp;two of them critically, said the authorities.</p>

<p>"We are heartbroken to learn of this terrible incident, and our deepest condolences go to the families of the young man who was killed and everyone who was injured," ABC News quoted the city as saying.</p>

<p>A 35-year-old woman was arrested for stabbing two of her kids and attempting to drown her 2-year-old in Albion, Michigan.</p>

<p>Police received a 911 call on Saturday around 10.30 am from the woman’s 15-year-old daughter screaming for help. When the officers came to their house on Bluestem Court, they heard noises from behind a locked door in the residence.</p>

<p>An officer from the Albion Department of Public Safety (ADPS) kicked the door open, they found the woman holding her two-year-old under the water in the bathtub, police said.</p>

<p>The cops then quickly separated the baby from the mother and began giving CPR. After giving a few quick breaths, the child coughed up water and began breathing on her own, police said.</p>

<p>"After further investigation, it appears the 35-year-old woman is the mother of 4 children in the house. The two-year-old girl had two stab wounds to the chest and throat, and the four-year-old boy had cuts. It is also believed both the two-year-old and four-year-old had possibly ingested some cleaning fluid," police said in a statement.</p>

When the officers came to their house on Bluestem Court, they heard noises from behind a locked door in the residence. An officer from the Albion Department of Public Safety (ADPS) kicked the door open, they found the woman holding her two-year-old under the water in the bathtub, police said. The cops then quickly separated the baby from the mother and began giving CPR. After giving a few quick breaths, the child coughed up water and began breathing on her own, police said. "After further investigation, it appears the 35-year-old woman is the mother of 4 children in the house. The two-year-old girl had two stab wounds to the chest and throat, and the four-year-old boy had cuts. It is also believed both the two-year-old and four-year-old had possibly ingested some cleaning fluid," police said in a statement. <p>Dillon Reeves, a seventh grader who recently stopped a school bus from crashing in Michigan after the driver lost consciousness was able to perform the heroic task because he was the only passenger who was not distracted by an electronic device.&nbsp;</p>

<p>According to Dillon’s father, Steve, the parents had decided to not provide him with a cell phone - a decision that paid off in a big way during the crisis.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“What else are you going to do when you don’t have a phone? You’re going to look at people, you’re going to notice stuff. You’re going to look out the window. It’s a very powerful lesson, maybe a change-the-world kind of lesson," Steve was quoted as saying by CBS.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Steve added that when the police called him regarding his son, he was anticipating the call to go in another direction.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"'Are you the parent of Dillon Reeves?'" Steve Reeves recalled the police asking him. "And I said, 'Yes.' And I go 'What'd he do?' And he goes 'No, this is a good phone call. Your son is a hero. He stopped the bus.'"&nbsp;</p>

<p>While Dillon was busy accessing the situation and saving the day, other students were seemingly engrossed in their smartphones, blissfully unaware of the tragedy waiting to unfold.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“I had my AirPods in,” said one student, while another added: “I was looking on my phone.”</p>

Livernois held a press conference this afternoon to provide information and answer questions from local media," said Warren Consolidated Schools in a Facebook post.</p>

<p>Dillon did not speak at the press conference but his parents said that they were very proud of their son.</p>

<p>"I asked him how did you know what to do," his mom said. "He said that he watches her drive everyday."</p>
