She also shared a picture of a note sent to her by the hospital staff following her breast cancer surgery. It read, "Dear Hena Khan, I know this surgery has been hard for you, but I am so glad you are on the way to making a full recovery. Wishing you a quick and full recovery. Sharing photos of the poignant moment, the actress penned a heartfelt note for her mother, thanking her for giving her strength during these difficult times.</p>

<p>"A mother’s heart can consume an Ocean of Sorrow and Pain to provide Shelter, love and comfort to her children," Hina wrote. "This was the day she received the news of my diagnosis, the shock that she felt was inexplicable but she found a way to hold me and forget her pain. A Superpower in which Mothers excel always."</p>

<p>To conclude, Hina added, "Even her world was crumbling down yet she found a way to shelter me in her arms and give me strength."</p>

<p>Indian actress Hina Khan received a tonne of love and support from her fans and colleagues after she opened up about her breast cancer stage 3 diagnosis via a social media post on Friday.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Reacting to the outpour of supportive texts, Hina took to her Instagram Stories on Saturday and wrote, "This too shall pass," along with a smile and heart emojis. She also tagged Sanju's song "Kar Har Maidaan Fateh".&nbsp;</p>

<p>On Friday, Hina shocked her fans by revealing that she is battling with stage 3 breast cancer. In a long note, she reassured everyone that she was doing well and that her treatment had started. She also requested for respect and privacy in this difficult phase of her life.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"Hello Everyone, To address the recent rumour, I want to share some important news with all the Hinaholics and everyone who loves and cares for me. I have been diagnosed with stage three breast cancer. Despite this challenging diagnosis, I wish to reassure everyone that I am doing well. I am strong, determined and fully committed to overcoming this disease. My treatment has already begun and I am ready to do everything necessary to emerge from this even stronger," the note read.</p>
