Indian TV actor Hina Khan has been sharing regular updates about her health with her fans on social media ever since she announced she had been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. Hina underwent a surgery on July 16. In her latest post on Instagram, she addressed the online negativity she has been facing for returning to work after chemotherapy. The actress also revealed that she was in 'constant pain'. 

The actress, who recently resumed shoot after her cancer diagnosis, reacted to the trolls and wrote, "Being constantly in pain. Yes, constantly. Every single second. The person is smiling? Still in pain. The person doesn't mention it? Still in pain. The person says, "I'm fine". Still in pain (sic)."

She also shared a picture of a note sent to her by the hospital staff following her breast cancer surgery. It read, "Dear Hena Khan, I know this surgery has been hard for you, but I am so glad you are on the way to making a full recovery. Wishing you a quick and full recovery. Hoping you feel better soon (sic)."

A few days back, Hina shared a video of her getting ready for her first assignment after undergoing her first chemo session. Her team was seen carefully hiding the stitch marks on her neck with tape on her shirt.

The actor, in her note, urged all to normalise working amid cancer treatment.

"My first work assignment after my diagnosis. Walking the talk is challenging, especially when facing life’s biggest challenges. So, give yourself a break on bad days; it’s okay you deserve it. However, don’t forget to live your life on the good days, no matter how few they are. These days still hold importance. Accept the change, embrace the difference, and normalise it (sic)," Hina wrote in the caption.

Since her diagnosis, Hina Khan has been posting motivational and inspirational content. The actress also shared a video of her chopping off her hair ahead of her chemo sessions.

On the work front, Hina was last seen in the Punjabi film, Shinda Shinda No Papa. The actress shot to fame years back when she starred as the lead of the popular daily soap Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Hina has also worked in Kasauti Zindagi Kay.
