He said that funding for the project would be a 'mix'&nbsp;funding from central government, Delhi government, Uttar Pradesh government and through the loan."The funding would be of mix type. The central government and both the Delhi government and Uttar Pradesh government will fund. Also, some money would be drawn by means of loan," he said.

He said that the project would be completed by 2024.The minister also informed that cabinet cleared the proposal to operate electric buses in nine major cities of the state that includes Lucknow, Prayagraj, Agra, Ghaziabad, Gorakhpur, Kanpur, Varanasi, Shahjahanpur and Mathura.

He informed that the cabinet has also approved a discount of 25 per cent against existing 20 per cent to customers at the Gandhi Ashram on the occasion of 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.&nbsp;

Until now, Delhi has received excess rainfall by 112 per cent. On and off good spells of rain were witnessed by Delhi NCR in the season.&nbsp;

Most of the rains were in the wake of active Western Disturbances and their induced Cyclonic Circulation over northern plains.

On a few occasions, Delhi has received few spells of hailstorm as well. In fact, the national capital saw an intense spell of the hailstorm on February 7.

Until now in the month of February, Safdarjung Observatory has recorded 17 mm of rains which is the highest rainfall since 2014.&nbsp;

According to Sharma, the woman&#39;s son, a resident of Bhopura village, allegedly fell in love with a woman from Muzaffarnagar, who was studying in Ghaziabad.&nbsp;

The two eloped on November 20.&nbsp;

As revenge, her family members abducted the man&rsquo;s brother, mother who is in her 40s, father and his brother-in-law on December 19 and locked them in a house in Shamli district, media reports said.

They were then threatened and assaulted by the accused who also gang-raped the mother.&nbsp;

They were rescued on December 25 after the police raided the house.&nbsp;

The girl&rsquo;s father, his two brothers, one of who is a former village gram pradhan, and his son were booked by police, he said.

The former gram pradhan was arrested while the other accused are being searched for, the official said.

Their daughter Aarushi and their help Hemraj were found murdered in their Noida home in 2008.&nbsp;

The Talwars were convicted of the murders.&nbsp;

There were however many large question marks over both the investigation and the conviction, with numerous accusations of them having been botched.&nbsp;

A total of three teams had investigated the murders.&nbsp;

The Uttar Pradesh police had first announced that Aarushi, who was 14 at the time, and Hemraj were found in a &quot;compromising position&quot; which is why her parents had killed them in a fit of rage.&nbsp;

The investigation was then taken over by first one CBI team and then another.&nbsp;

The Central Bureau of Investigation also worked along the same lines -- that Aarushi and Hemraj had been caught in the sexual act by her parents.&nbsp;

A special CBI court in Ghaziabad convicted Rajesh and Nupur in 2013 and sentenced them to life imprisonment.&nbsp;

The Allahabad High Court -- which overturned their conviction last Thursday, the Talwars had appealed -- had lambasted the CBI court for its conviction, and the CBI for its investigation.&nbsp;

The high court said the CBI had tutored witnesses,&nbsp;that a conviction cannot be based on &quot;mere suspicion&quot;, and that the Talwars had to be given the benefit of the doubt.&nbsp;

And it rubbished the theory that Aarushi and Hemraj had been caught in the sexual act.&nbsp;

&quot;We have no hesitation in holding that the prosecution has failed to prove by any reliable or cogent evidence, the motive suggested by the prosecution for the appellants to commit the double murder i.e. the deceased being caught in the midst of a sexual act on the fateful night by Dr. Rajesh Talwar who suddenly got so gravely provoked that he committed their murder,&quot; the high court had said.&nbsp;
