Fugitive diamantaire Mehul Choksi, who is wanted by India's Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Enforcement Directorate (ED), has gone missing in Antigua and Barbuda, with the police launching a manhunt to trace him since Sunday, local media reports said.
