As per reports, the IAF C-130J transport aircraft is expected to first land at Kochi airport on Friday morning, as most of the deceased hailed from Kerala. According to the latest update, of the 45 victims,&nbsp;23 were from Kerala, seven from Tamil Nadu, three each from Andhra Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh, two from Odisha, and one&nbsp;each from Haryana, Bihar, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Punjab, and Karnataka.

While the nationality of the expatriate was not disclosed, it was known that one of the owners was an Indian.

The Indian government will be sending an Air Force plane to bring back the mortal remains of those who died in a tragic fire incident in Kuwait, said Union Minister Kirti Vardhan Singh.

The minister said that some of the bodies are charred beyond recognition and DNA testing is being carried out&nbsp;to confirm the identities of the victims. According to the government authorities in Kerala, 24&nbsp;among those 40 Indians killed were from the southern state. Meanwhile,&nbsp;seven Keralites were seriously injured in the incident.

Kerala government announced to provide Rs5,00,000 ($5984) financial assistance to families of Keralites who were killed in the incident.&nbsp;

Kerala's&nbsp;Health Minister Veena George will be in&nbsp;Kuwait to coordinate the treatment of those who have suffered injuries and to bring back the bodies of those killed, reported news agency PTI.

Minister of State for External Affairs and Gonda MP Kirti Vardhan Singh rushed to the Gulf country soon after taking charge and said that an Indian Air Force plane is being prepared to bring back the bodies home.

While leaving his residence, MoS MEA Kirti Vardhan Singh said, "The incident in Kuwait is unfortunate. All of us including the PM are very concerned. I am going there and will see the situation. People from our embassy are already there on the ground looking after the injured... I am going there and I will inform the government regarding the conditions there."

A northern Italian province&nbsp;has ordered&nbsp;DNA test for all dogs in a bid to find their owners and impose a fine on them if they fail to clean up their pet’s poop amid a crackdown on the scourge of dog litter on&nbsp;the streets.

Dr Mangesh Thorat, of the Centre for Cancer Prevention at the Wolfson Institute of Preventive Medicine, who was not involved with the study, said that more studies were needed.

"However, the interesting aspects of this assay are a much higher sensitivity for stage I cancers than other similar assays in development and gender-specific performance differences which are biologically and clinically relevant," he was quoted as saying by The Guardian.

"If the assay performance in future, well-designed sequential studies is anywhere close to what this preliminary study suggests, then it could really be a gamechanger."

The mayor of Beziers introduced the tests and made them compulsory. The move will now make it easier for the street cleaners to identify the owners by taking samples from poop droppings they find in the centre of the town.

The ones responsible for failing to pick up their pet's poop will be forced to pay a fine of 120 euros ($135) for cleaning the mess.

"I'm outraged that some people never clean up after their animals," Mayor Robert Menard told local radio France Bleu at the weekend. "We did a count: the town picked up 1,000 (dog turds) just in the centre. That's not right."

"We thought that if we put police officers on the street it would have an effect, but when there's a police officer, people clean up. It's when there's no one around that they don't crouch down and do their civic duty," he added.

As per news agency AFP reports, Menard has been seeking to introduce dog DNA testing since the year 2016, but previously, his efforts were rejected by the state on legal grounds.

Now the dog owners in the centre of Beziers will have to prove if they have gotten the DNA test done, with police authorised to issue 38-euro fines to anyone failing to produce an identity document.

However, the 120-euro cleaning up fees will not be enforced for three months, with Menard promising that there will be a soft launch.

"People who don't clean up after their dogs couldn't give a damn about anyone," Menard added. "Sometimes I hear people say, 'It's up to municipal workers to clean up after my dog.' They'll see now. It's going to cost 120 euros."&nbsp;

DNA testing for dogs has been previously introduced in cities like Tel Aviv in Israel, Valencia in Spain and some areas of London.&nbsp;

Landlords in some private residential compounds in Florida have also introduced rules that require residents to provide DNA samples of their animals to identify pavement foulers.

Nine suicide bombers carried out a series of devastating blasts that tore through three churches and as many luxury hotels on April 21, killing more than 250 people and injuring 500 others.

The ISIS terror group claimed the attacks, but the government blamed the local Islamist extremist group National Thawheed Jammath (NTJ) for the bombings. The victims included over 40 foreigners, 10 of whom were Indians.

The court gave the order under which Zahran's sister Madaniya would be subjected to a DNA verification, the police said.

She is currently in custody at the eastern town of Batticaloa prison.

The test will be performed before May 15, according to the magisterial order.

Zahran was one of the two suicide bombers at the Shangri La Hotel where 36 people including 12 foreigners died.

The hotel's CCTV footage showed two bombers with heavy backpacks arriving at the hotel's restaurant on the third floor.

The court has also ordered Government Analyst's reports on seven vehicles believed to have been used by the ISIS-linked group to carry out the deadly attacks which killed 258 and injured nearly 500.

The booking at the Shangri La hotel for the two bombers was done by Insaf Ibrahim, the brother of Ilham. Insaf himself was the suicide bomber at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel.

The police said that at least three police officers have been questioned on the arrest and the subsequent release on bail of at least nine employees of Ibrahim. They worked in the copper factory owned by Insaf.

The police said that an investigation was launched to ascertain if any mistakes were committed by the police in filing charges against them, leading to the magistrate to grant bail to the employees.

For suspects held under the tough Prevention of Terrorism Act, no bail is given.

The government invoked counter-terrorism regulations under the state of emergency, enabling the law enforcement to carry out investigations into the suicide bombings and the Jihadist group's activities including its ISIS connections.

Over 100 people are already in custody in connection with the bombings.

He was killed inside the hotel where he blew himself up. The Colombo Fort Magistrate also ordered the DeoxyriboNucleic Acid (DNA) verification of Ibrahim, the second bomber. Nine suicide bombers carried out a series of devastating blasts that tore through three churches and as many luxury hotels on April 21, killing more than 250 people and injuring 500 others. The ISIS terror group claimed the attacks, but the government blamed the local Islamist extremist group National Thawheed Jammath (NTJ) for the bombings. The victims included over 40 foreigners, 10 of whom were Indians. The court gave the order under which Zahran's sister Madaniya would be subjected to a DNA verification, the police said. She is currently in custody at the eastern town of Batticaloa prison. The test will be performed before May 15, according to the magisterial order. Zahran was one of the two suicide bombers at the Shangri La Hotel where 36 people including 12 foreigners died. The hotel's CCTV footage showed two bombers with heavy backpacks arriving at the hotel's restaurant on the third floor. The court has also ordered Government Analyst's reports on seven vehicles believed to have been used by the ISIS-linked group to carry out the deadly attacks which killed 258 and injured nearly 500. The booking at the Shangri La hotel for the two bombers was done by Insaf Ibrahim, the brother of Ilham. Insaf himself was the suicide bomber at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel. The police said that at least three police officers have been questioned on the arrest and the subsequent release on bail of at least nine employees of Ibrahim. They worked in the copper factory owned by Insaf. The police said that an investigation was launched to ascertain if any mistakes were committed by the police in filing charges against them, leading to the magistrate to grant bail to the employees. For suspects held under the tough Prevention of Terrorism Act, no bail is given. The government invoked counter-terrorism regulations under the state of emergency, enabling the law enforcement to carry out investigations into the suicide bombings and the Jihadist group's activities including its ISIS connections. However, when Trump was asked about the DNA test on Monday, he said, "Who cares?" as he left Washington to visit hurricane-stricken areas in Florida and Georgia.

The analysis of Warren's DNA was done by Carlos D. Bustamante, a Stanford University professor who the Boston Globe reported was an expert in the field.

Warren's release of the DNA results could be a prelude to a possible presidential run.

Known as a liberal firebrand in her party, Warren is a former Harvard Law School professor who has championed populist economics including student loan reform and a higher minimum wage.

Warren was an architect of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau set up after the 2008 financial crisis and has been a strong voice in the U.S. Senate on financial issues.

Celebrities like&nbsp;Ali Zafar and Mahira Khan came out in support of the girl and demanded justice for the victim.

The man who abducted minor girl is said to be a serial killer. Police believe the suspected man has assaulted nine girls of the age of five to ten years out of which he killed seven.

The girl&#39;s murder was the 12th such incident reported in Kasur district in a year.

The single-member Peshawar High Court bench has directed that DNA tests will now be mandatory on the suspect as well as the alleged victim in sexual assault cases.&nbsp;

Justice Roohul Amin Khan Chamkani ruled that under that Section 164-B of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), which was inserted in the law by Criminal Law Act 2016, DNA samples of the rapist and the victim will be collected and sent for examination as soon as possible.&nbsp;

The bench further observed, &quot;It further provides that the DNA samples collected shall be sent at earliest for the purpose of the investigation to a Forensic Laboratory, where the same shall be properly examined and preserved.&quot;

The decision was passed in a comprehensive judgement of bail petition filed by Umar Taj, who was earlier charged with sexually abusing and raping a woman, local media reports said.&nbsp;

In the judgement, Justice Roohul Amin Khan talked about laws on Protection of Women (Criminal law Amendment) Act, 2006, and the Criminal Law (Amendment) (Offences Related to Rape) Act, 2016 - aimed at protecting women from sexual abuse, adultery and fornication.&nbsp;

As per reports, it was ruled that Section 164-B CrPC linked with carrying out DNA tests would be applicable under Section 376 (Punishment for Rape) of the Pakistan Penal Code.&nbsp;

The PPC Section 376 awards punishment of death or imprisonment for a term of 10 to 20 years and fine for an accused proved guilty of rape.&nbsp;

The judgement passed by the bench also observed that the offence of sexual intercourse between people not married to each other is non-cognisable and that a complaint has to be lodged in the concerned court in connection with the offence.

A woman claiming to be the biological daughter of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa&nbsp;has filed a written petition seeking a direction to exhume Jayalalitha&#39;s body to conduct the DNA test.

The woman identified as Amrutha and is represented by Lawyer Indira Jaising who has claimed that Amrutha was born in 1980 and also she has some fond memories of Jayalalitha.

The petition is filed under Article 32 of the Constitution and it asks the court to permit the family members of&nbsp;Jayalalitha to cremate her body as per the rites, rituals, and customs of Vaishnava Iyengar-Brahim community to which Jayalalitha and her family members belong.

The petition says &ldquo;Under Article 21 of the Constitution of India, every citizen is entitled to the right to live with dignity and it includes the right to know...the petitioner wants to know her identity through her natural/biological mother.&rdquo;&nbsp;

However, Supreme Court refused to take this petition forward but it allowed the woman, the liberty to pursue other remedies in law.

The bench was headed by Justice Madan B. Lokur and Deepak Gupta.

The petition has also sought urgency because these rituals have to be done before the expiry of one year from Jayalalithaa&rsquo;s death on December 5.&nbsp;
