The Bronco Test is simply a three-step running fast test. There are four markers place on the ground at starting point, 60 metres, 40 metres and 20 metres. As per the general standards, the test requires an athlete to run five sets of sprints in three parts - 0-60m-0, 0-40m-0, 0-20m-0.
