The incident, captured by fellow passengers, involved four people, out of which three dragged the fourth one out of a train to&nbsp;the platform. The man initially was overpowered by the trio but eventually managed to fight and crawl back into the train.</p>

<p>The video of the incident has now gone viral on the internet, showing the three men kicking, punching and assaulting the victim. The victim, while fighting back, also threw his legs in the air, aimed at deterring the assault.</p>

<p>The chaos subsided only after a staff from Transport for London (TfL) intervened.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Even as the brawl continued, video shows the bystanders screamed and pleaded the four men to end the violence. The British Transport Police was made aware of the incident and an investigation had been launched, as per media reports.</p>

<p>Reacting to the incident, a spokesperson for British Transport Police was quoted as saying by Daily Mail: “We are aware of a video showing a fight taking place at Old Street Underground station. Enquiries are ongoing, and anyone who witnessed the incident or has information is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 279 of 28/01/2024.”</p>

<p>A chaotic scene erupted in California's Emeryville city on Sunday (August 27) evening, when approximately 300 teens near the East Bay mall&nbsp;formed groups and engaged in fights, media reports said. One of the eyewitnesses from Fresno city in California, Kathryn Borrud, found herself amidst the turmoil as the groups of teenagers began dispersing.</p>

<p>While describing the situation she said, "There were just these throngs of kids -- I want to say 300, 400 kids."&nbsp;</p>

<p>"Things were fine. It was just a little strange, and then all of a sudden, they started running towards us. We thought there was like gunfire or a knife or something happened," she reportedly added.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Amidst the chaos, both Borrud and her son were knocked over by what she felt was a stampede of teenagers.</p>

After an hour, a separate incident took place in which a juvenile was stabbed near Elm Street, the police added.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The injured individual was transported to Highland Hospital with injuries that were deemed non-life-threatening.</p>

<h2><strong>Police response&nbsp;</strong></h2>

<p>Emeryville police quickly responded to the turmoil. One juvenile was arrested in connection with the incidents.</p>

<p>Witness, Brenda Valladares, questioned the circumstances surrounding the unsupervised gathering. "My thing is just what were 400 kids doing?"</p>

<p>"They said it was over 400 kids. What were they doing here unsupervised without their parents? And it's scary, because she sometimes wants to go to the movies, and I'm like, 'I don't think you're not at that age to go by yourself,"&nbsp;said Valladares.</p>

<p>The disturbance at Bay Street Mall extended to a nearby Target retail store, where teenagers were witnessed causing havoc, pulling items off shelves, and engaging in shoplifting in front of families.</p>

Strange & Scary: Nearly 400 teens break out into fights at California's Emeryville mall

<p>Sunil Chhetri-led India beat Afghanistan in a thrilling match, on Saturday (June 11), in the AFC Asian Cup Qualifiers, at the&nbsp;iconic&nbsp;Kolkata's Salt Lake Stadium. After beating Cambodia, 2-0, India were favourites versus their Asian neighbours and lived upto expectations in what was a riveting clash. Chhetri's goal in the 86th minute gave India a 1-0 lead but the Afghans equalised after two minutes.</p>

<p>In the stoppage time,&nbsp;Sahal Abdul Samad's goal took India to a stunning victory as the evening turned out to be a memorable affair for India, who will now play Hong Kong on Tuesday (June 14) for a direct qualification to AFC Asian Cup 2023.</p>

<p>Soon after the match, an ugly brawl broke out&nbsp;which made heads turn for all the wrong reasons.&nbsp;After the end of proceedings, a few Indian players were seen arguing with each other and it soon broke into a scuffle. Indian goalkeeper Gurpreet Singh Sandhu tried to play the mediator's role but all his efforts went in vain as more Indian and Afghan players joined in and it led to an ugly scene. The players from both sides pulled each other's&nbsp;shirts and some fist blows were also traded. AFC officials also tried to calm the storm but it took some time before the fight was eventually stopped. The exact reason for the fight remains&nbsp;unknown.</p>

Chhetri's goal in the 86th minute gave India a 1-0 lead but the Afghans equalised after two minutes. In the stoppage time, Sahal Abdul Samad's goal took India to a stunning victory as the evening turned out to be a memorable affair for India, who will now play Hong Kong on Tuesday (June 14) for a direct qualification to AFC Asian Cup 2023. Soon after the match, an ugly brawl broke out which made heads turn for all the wrong reasons. After the end of proceedings, a few Indian players were seen arguing with each other and it soon broke into a scuffle. Indian goalkeeper Gurpreet Singh Sandhu tried to play the mediator's role but all his efforts went in vain as more Indian and Afghan players joined in and it led to an ugly scene. The players from both sides pulled each other's shirts and some fist blows were also traded. AFC officials also tried to calm the storm but it took some time before the fight was eventually stopped. The exact reason for the fight remains unknown. <p>England fast bowler Mark Wood has been ruled out for the rest of the season, including the current Ashes series against Australia, due to a side strain and a knee injury, the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) said on Friday.</p>

<p>Wood, who picked up the side strain during England's win over New Zealand in the 50-over World Cup final last month, also had knee surgery this week to clear up excess cartilage.</p>

<p>"As a result of these injuries, he will be unavailable for any cricket for the remainder of the season," the ECB was quoted as saying by the BBC.</p>

<p>Wood was England's second-highest wicket-taker at the World Cup with 18 in 10 matches after Jofra Archer on 20.</p>

<p>England are struggling with injuries in the bowling department with Archer, who also suffered a side strain, left out for the first Test against Australia and James Anderson re-injuring his calf during his opening spell on Thursday.</p>

<p>Anderson battled to be fit for the series opener at Edgbaston after picking up an injury playing for his county, Lancashire, last month and bowled only four overs on Thursday before he left the field and did not return.</p>
