<p>The victim is trying to bring a change in the university's policies. A statement by the university said that it wanted to reassure students that it took “reports of harassment, violence or abuse very seriously."</p>

<p>“In this individual case, following a university conduct hearing, the most severe penalty available was applied by the university and the student was expelled from Oxford Brookes,” the university said.</p>

<p>An eight-year-old Hindu boy is being held in protective police custody in east Pakistan after becoming the youngest person ever to be charged with blasphemy in the country.</p>

<p>The boy is accused of intentionally urinating on a carpet in the library of a madrassa, where religious books were kept, last month. Blasphemy charges can carry the death penalty.</p>

<p>His family is in hiding and many of the Hindu community in the conservative district of Rahim Yar Khan, in Punjab, have fled their homes. This happened after a Muslim crowd attacked a Hindu temple after the boy’s release on bail last week.</p>

The boy, the couple's second son, weighed 8 lbs 7oz and William was present for the birth. "The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall, Prince Harry and members of both families have been informed and are delighted with the news," Kensington Palace said. "Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well." The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton was admitted to a hospital in London on Monday after going into an early stage of labour. Both the Duchess and her husband William the Duke of Cambridge had not asked about the sex of the baby in routine checkups as they wanted it to be a surprise. This is going to be a third child after Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
