Former 'America's Got Talent' judge, Gabriella Union has filed a complaint on Thursday against the show and NBC. 
Union has alleged that she had objected to an on-set environment that allegedly tolerated racism and general toxic work culture. 
 
The complaint filed with the Department of Fair Employment and Housing says Union was harassed and discriminated against because of her race, and experienced retaliation for reporting these problems. 
 
The document mentions previously reported issues that Union, who is black, had with the show's acceptance of racist jokes and remarks from judges, and cites criticism she received about her hair during tapings.

“Union, a black woman, was singled out due to her physical appearance and discriminated against by NBC due to the fact that her hair did not fit within the white image that NBC apparently sought to convey to the audience of AGT,” the complaint states, adding that a network executive and a show producer allegedly “informed Union’s manager that her hair was ‘too wild’ and that it needed to be 'toned down.'” 
 
The complaint also has fresh allegations made by Union which states that NBC Entertainment Chairman Paul Telegdy called Union's agents to issue unspecified threats, shared confidential information on the controversy with celebrities that the show was looking to hire, and sought to undermine an investigation of Union's issues. 
 
Interestingly, in a statement issued to Fox News, NBC and the 'AGT' producers said that they took Union's concerns "extremely seriously" and "conducted more than 30 interviews to review the issues raised by Ms. Union" via an external investigator. 
 
"Through the investigation process, it has been revealed that no one associated with the show made any insensitive or derogatory remarks about Ms. Union’s appearance and that neither race nor gender was a contributing factor in the advancement or elimination of contestants at any time," the statement added. "The investigation has shown that the concerns raised by Ms. Union had no bearing on the decision not to exercise the option on her contract." 
 
Union's attorney Bryan Freedman said the “racial bullying” Union received stands in contrast to the network's recent statements about being outraged by racism and standing with Black Lives Matter.

They call themselves 'Bad Salsa' but they are anything but bad. Kolkata based dancers Sumanth and Sonali were part of the premiere episode of 'America's Got Talent' season 15 and impressed the judges as well the audience with their electrifying performances. 
 
Part of Bivash Academy of Dance (BAD), the two travelled all the way from Kolkata, India to Los Angeles to participate in the reality show and had everyone in awe with their performance which was a mix of acrobats and salsa.&nbsp; They danced to the song ‘Dhating Naach’ from the Bollywood film 'Phata Poster Nikhla Hero' and had the judges and audience cheering for them throughout. 
 
The video of their performance has been widely circulated and has gone viral on the internet. A video has over 4.2 million views on Facebook alone and over 6.4 million views on Youtube.

Sumanth is 20-years-old while Sonali, daughter of a farmer, is only 15 years old. Their performance got a standing ovation from judges as well as the audience. 
 
Sonali, in fact, is not new to reality shows. She first rose to fame appearing on 'India’s Got Talent' as a child and was a winner of the show in 2012. She was also part of the dance reality show 'Jhalak Dikhla Jaa'.

Archie spent 36 years in a Louisiana prison for a rape that he did not commit. Now, a year after he was released, he is on AGT stage wooing the show's judges with his soulful renditions of popular songs. 
 
Archie, while interacting with judges, revealed that it was the music reality show that kept him going inside the prison. He'd perform and catch episodes of the show that he hoped he'd someday audition for. 
 
&nbsp;Singing saved him from succumbing to the darkness of his situation. 
 
"I watched 'America's Got Talent' in prison and I would visualize myself there," he said before his audition. "I always desired to be on a stage like this, and now I'm here." 
 
Archie was an easy target. A white woman in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was raped and stabbed in 1982, she repeatedly identified Williams as her rapist. 
 
Williams, then 22, said he was home asleep at the time of the assault, and his fingerprints weren't found at the scene, but because he was "a poor black kid, (he) didn't have the economic ability to fight the state of Louisiana," he said in an interview before his performance. 
 
In 1983, he was convicted for attempted murder, aggravated rape and aggravated burglary and sentenced to life in prison without parole. 
 
It's only in March 2019, Williams' fingerprints were submitted to a powerful fingerprint ID system. And finally, it was proven that a man who'd committed other sexual assaults in the neighborhood was responsible for the crimes Williams was convicted of, according to the registry. He was released from prison later that month- at the age of 58. 
 
Archie's rendition of 'Don't Let The Sun Down On Me' had the audience and judges swooning with them giving him a standing ovation.

They may have finished fourth in 'America's Got Talent', but Indian dance group V Unbeatable is creating a storm in the US in 'America’s Got Talent: The Champions Season 2'. The group's recent performance at the show finale had everyone- audience as well as the judges- gasping for more.&nbsp; 
 
The dance crew which comprises of several street kids, performed to Rajinikanth's song 'Marana Mass' from the movie 'Petta' complete with mind-numbing stunts, flips and more. The group used cycles as props and their energetic performance got them a standing ovation from the crowd as well as the judges.&nbsp;
